Welcome to your ocean-view Caribbean home away from home at Point Pleasant Resort, D18.

This hilltop 1-bedroom ocean-view villa offers free 100mb Wi-Fi, a newly renovated kitchen, and amazing breezes and island views for a relaxing St. Thomas getaway. Ideal for couples, solo travelers, small families, or remote business travelers, D18 sleeps up to 4 guests and is located just steps from the Hilltop Pool, with the resort lobby and activities center a short walk downhill or accessible by complimentary resort transportation.

The villa features a king bedroom with a bathroom and large shower directly across the hallway when you enter the unit. A few steps down lead to the spacious living area, renovated kitchen, and indoor dining area, all positioned to enjoy beautiful water and island views. The fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee maker, blender, cookware, toaster, microwave, and other essentials, while large sliding glass doors open to the balcony for outdoor dining in the Caribbean breezes.

D18 is located in the upper section of the resort near the Hilltop Pool, with parking available in the nearby hilltop parking area. Point Pleasant Resort is approximately 8 miles from the airport. Rental cars are recommended for guests who want to explore the island, though taxis are often available near the lobby. Shuttle service operates throughout the resort property, and the resort is also close to Coki Beach, Coral World Ocean Park, the ferry to St. John, and Magens Bay.

While island-wide power interruptions may occasionally occur, the resort is protected by a full-property backup generator system designed to keep guest units and essential resort services operating smoothly, including water, internet/Wi-Fi, restaurants, laundry facilities, and resort operations. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and smoking is prohibited in public areas and inside condominium units. We also recommend purchasing “cancel for any reason” travel insurance for added peace of mind.

Great place to stay with an amazing view

This beautiful condo was perfect for our vacation. It had all the things we needed to cook and eat our meals out on the balcony. Had ice chests available, which was nice to haul drinks and snacks to the beach. It was just what we needed.

Great location

We had a fantastic time for our first visit to St Thomas. I asked before we went if beach chairs were provided and never received an answer. There was one camp chair in the closet. Chairs would definitely be a nice option and greatly appreciated by guests. We absolutely loved the outdoor space and used it frequently The space was adequate for our needs Point pleasant staff were absolutely wonderful and so enjoyed the different people at the front gate Would definitely stay again

High enough away from everything but close enough to all amenities

LOVE LOVE LOVE! Just book it if your hesitant. You won’t regret it. Make sure your capable to walk on uneven surfaces. This entire resort is very much nature at its rawest form. Super rocky and hilly. But the shuttle will take you anywhere on the resort, just call them. We will be back again.

Beautiful view

This condo on the east end of St. Thomas was in a quiet area and has a security gate with an attendant. It’s about 10 minutes to drive into Red Hook, or you can eat at the restaurants on property or at the nearby resorts. The property is on a hillside and does require some stairs and uphill walking to parking lots, but the view from the balcony is gorgeous. We had no problems during our stay.

Absolutely wonderful

This was our second time to the Island and the second time staying at Point Pleasant and we are already planning for next year! Hopefully we can stay in this same unit it was exactly as described in the listing and had everything needed to make our stay enjoyable. Kitchen was well stocked, as we were there for 2 weeks and did our own cooking. The view out to the ocean from the balcony and the bedroom was beautiful. We also enjoyed walking the hill from the top down to the private beach every night. We purchased a crock pot for making dinners easier after our days of beaches and exploring and left it in the unit for other guests to enjoy along with a beach umbrella. Very close to the upper level pool we used in the evening and most of the time we had the pool to ourselves. The unit was very clean, nicely decorated and the security gate people were always so friendly. Lived our stay in D18, can't wait to go back!

Great Spot, Great Views

We had a great vacation. We really enjoyed the resort, in general, as well as the condo. Everything we needed was already there, and there was enough room for our family of four. The location is in close proximity to Red Hook for shopping, dining, tours and the St. John ferries. We rented a car, so we had plenty of options. We went to Cost-U-Less for groceries and were able to cook several nights in the condo. The only thing missing from the resort is a grill, which would have been nice. We ate Shoreline several nights, which was great. Be aware that this condo is at the top of the hill, so if you walk around the resort, you will get plenty of exercise, which was fine with us. The resort also will pick you up and shuttle you around, if you prefer. There are plenty of great beaches available in the area, and we visited most of them during our 10 day stay.

Crazy good views

The unit that we rented was outstanding and had everything that a traveler would need. The views from the room were outstanding! Highly recommend this place - beautiful set up! My wife and I have nothing but positive things to say about our experience in this unit our entire stay!

Mother Daughter trip

The best!!!

I cannot even attempt to explain how much my wife and I enjoyed staying here. Our flight got delayed so we were a little annoyed when we arrived at the resort but our moods completely changed when checked it. The man at the front was great and pointing out everything on a map and fully explaining the shuttle system. We could have stayed forever!

Great visit

What a great getaway! Point Pleasant is a perfect location. We loved how quickly we could get to Red Hook (especially with their free shuttle service)! We headed to St. John and the BVI (via the Red Hook ferry) for a couple of adventures and it was perfect to have the shuttle come pick us back up when we got back to St. Thomas. Our villa was clean and the bed was comfortable. That's all we needed! We'll be back.
