Beautiful water view condo in one of the most desired complexes on the island with direct access to the beach! This unit has been recently updated with a remodeled bathroom and paint, king-sized mattress, furniture including new sleeper softa (Feb 23), and full kitchen. Updated no-contact entry allows each guest to receive a unique door code for the length of the visit.

The condo faces the marina with amazing views of surrounding islands in the distance. Imagine waking up and enjoying your morning coffee, or an evening drink while taking in the view and enjoying the warmth of the day. This location of the building allows for more privacy and quiet than some of the others, while still being just steps away from the "happenings" of the beach.

The complex has everything you need from provided beach loungers to several restaurants including, coffee/sandwich shop, beach bar, pizza, Caribbean style and fine dining. Looking for an activity? Head down to the marina where you can book fishing, sailing, jet skis, parasailing etc.

Ready to adventure out? The complex is only a few miles from the town of Red Hook where you can find dining and entertainment as well as the ferries to the island of St. John. Transportation is easy, as with a short walk up the hill, you can catch the Safari Bus, or grab one of the taxis stationed at the resort.

This is one of our favorite places on earth and we are excited to share it with our guests.

The hosts were VERY responsive with answers to our questions. The condo was perfect with everything we needed. The resort was very secure. The bed was very comfortable and the view of the marina and across the ocean was beautiful. The beach was great. The hosts has beach towels and cooler which we used daily. The beach bar and pizza place was great and convenient.

We had a wonderful stay here. The building was facing the dock which gave us beautiful sunrises and great pics. The room was stocked with everything you need and soo much more. Check in was super easy as the owners communicated everything on time. Outside our building was a little bit of an eyesore because it seemed like there was some construction going on or a place where everything ended up. Sunday was fabulous with a local reggae band coming through and made the whole beachside bar live, we enjoyed every bit of it. We will definitely stay again

Even better than the pictures! The layout and flow of the unit were just perfect. We did enjoy being off the beaten path, had more privacy than on-the-beach units. Any questions we had were answered quickly by Laurie.

Great family stay

They have thought of everything to make you comfortable and to enjoy the island. The room was beautiful clean and had wonderful views. I highly recommend staying hear to enjoy the beautiful island .

Amazing Stay

My wife and I stayed in this condo on the 2nd week of June of 2025. The condo was everything we could have wanted. It was well equipped with all the cooking utensils you could need to cook with. The condo was clean and the owners were very responsive to questions and provided check in procedures well before our arrival. The fact that this unit also came with snorkel gear and extra beach chairs and a cooler were nice especially when you go to visit other beaches which you will want to do. Even thou this unit is not directly on the beach it is a short walk and we really enjoyed our view of the marina and eating our meals on the deck watching the boats come and go. The property could use a little TLC but you can tell they are working on it. The resort is close to red hook which has a good verity of restaurants and shops. Just be aware that most close by 8pm which we were not expecting so make sure to plan accordingly. We didnt rent a vehicle and for the 2 of us to go to rehook was 10 dollars one way. The beach did have some Sargassum while we were there but they were working to clean it up. You could smell from time to time but it never stopped us from being out and enjoying the beach. The fact that they provide snorkel equipment was awesome we went with no intention of snorkeling but once we realize what is right off the beach we were staying at we were hooked and we snorkeled everyday. They also provide beach lounge chairs while staying on resort so no need to drag your chairs

Wonderful stay

We had an amazing vacation here at Sapphire Beach. Tim and Laurie’s condo was perfect for our family of 4 with 2 young kids. We were very close to the beach, just a 2 minute walk. The view from the patio overlooking the harbor and St John in the distance was so incredible, we decided to eat many meals on the patio. It was very easy to order dinner at the beach bar, bring it back to the condo, and eat outside on the patio watching the boats come in and out, as lizards and chickens roamed the grounds below.The place was very clean and cozy. The kids loved sleeping on the pull-out couch, and the king bed was perfect for us.The beach was breathtaking, very calm on many days (both the waves and the number of people). Get a few chairs under a tree and relax between swimming and unbelievable snorkeling. You have to see it to believe it.We can’t wait to return to Sapphire Beach, and this condo, hopefully very soon!

Loved staying here. Wish we would have gotten a beachfront condo but thats our fault not anyone else. View of the marina was still beautiful from our balcony and room was very nice. All around great experience and good value

Clean and stocked

Stayed December 11-16 ‘24. This unit was clean and stocked in such a way that we didn’t need to pack anything extra. Clean towels/linen. Beach accessories (beach towels, snorkel equipment, cooler, etc.) A very short walk to the beach, which there is a reef to snorkel. The resort has a bar and restaurant on site. If need be, there was access to a laundry facility on site; you had to get tokens from the dockmaster. There is a keurig coffee maker and plenty of dishes/glasses. We had the luxury of another couple traveling with us who had a rental car, so we were able to explore St Thomas, as well as St John (a short ferry ride). We had good views of the sunrise and even more spectacular moonlight views. This unit wasn’t ocean front, but was overlooking the marina, which was just fine for us.Will likely return to St Thomas and will book the same unit again.

Sapphire Beach Resort Condo Getaway

2 friends and I stayed there in Nov 24. The pictures do not do the condo justice. It is larger than it looked in photos and extremely well appointed. The owners communicated well and were very responsive to any requests. The resort has a great coffee shop and the beach bar, with live music on Sundays, was a perpetual hang out with great food options. There is a taxi stand that was very convenient for trips into Red Hook. It is an excellent location right on Sapphire Marina. Some of the best snorkeling on the island is right at your doorstep. I highly recommend this condo for a vacation getaway. Thanks Tim & Laurie!

Family Vaca

St. Thomas is beautiful! Sapphire beach has a beautiful beach but my kids preferred the also beautiful pool. It was pretty quiet. The unit was clean with everything we needed. The king size bed was very comfortable. My kids slept on the pull out couch with no complaints. The east part of the island was without water for 2 days and limited water for 2 other days. Laurie kept us up to date with as much info as she had, had water delivered to us, and refunded a portion of the stay due to the inconvenience. We are very appreciative of them!!! Highly recommend staying here!

Very comfortable, quiet and beautiful place to stay

We were extremely happy with our stay at this resort. It was in a great location only a short walk down to the beach and pool with food and drinks nearby. Also only a 5 minute drive to Red Hook where there were shops and restaurants. The property had a beautiful view from the balcony and a very comfortable bed. With plenty of space to relax with a nice bathroom, kitchen and living room area. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Great getaway stay with a nice view!

Great condo with view of the marina. Beach is just a short, 3-5 minute walk away. Loved that there was a taxi stand close by so it was easy to get transportation whenever we needed it. Would highly recommend!
