The villa features a king bedroom, a full bathroom with shower connected to both the bedroom and kitchen, and a spacious living area with a sleeper sofa and flat-screen TV. The renovated kitchen includes everything needed to prepare meals during your stay, and the indoor dining area seats 4. Guests can also enjoy dining or relaxing on the balcony while taking in the island breezes and beautiful views of the crystal-clear Caribbean waters. Water and island views can be enjoyed from the kitchen, living room, dining area, bedroom, and balcony.

B21 is located in the middle section of the resort with easy access to both the Terrace Pool and Sugar Beach, making it a great option for guests who want convenience as well as beautiful scenery. Point Pleasant Resort is approximately 8 miles from the airport. Rental cars are recommended for guests who want to explore the island, though taxis are often available near the lobby. The resort is also close to Coki Beach, Coral World Ocean Park, the ferry to St. John, and Magens Bay. Shuttle service operates throughout the 15-acre property.

Please note that Point Pleasant Resort is a hillside property, and access to most units requires stairs. While island-wide power interruptions may occasionally occur, the resort is protected by a full-property backup generator system designed to keep guest units and essential resort services operating smoothly, including water, internet/Wi-Fi, restaurants, laundry facilities, and resort operations. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and smoking is prohibited in public areas and inside condominium units. We also recommend purchasing “cancel for any reason” travel insurance for added peace of mind.
