They are provided (usually on the top shelf above the Keurig coffee maker), but that tells us we need to make them easier to find—so thank you for pointing that out! We were surprised by some of these concerns, as we communicated with you prior to arrival and made an effort to accommodate your individual preferences—including purchasing and having your specifically requested tea waiting for you rather than the coffee we normally provide. We also provide guests with my personal cell number and encourage them to call or text before, during, or after their stay. Unfortunately, none of these concerns were brought to our attention during your stay, or we would have happily addressed them. Regarding check-in, I went back and verified that your access codes and check-in information WERE sent through VRBO prior to arrival. We’re sorry if they were difficult to locate within the platform. We intentionally offer different comfort options: our newer pillows include both firm and soft choices, and thicker bath towels are available in the bathroom drawer for those who prefer more fluff! As for dust, one of the most loved features of Bank Street Quarters is our beautiful original exposed brick. Unfortunately, 100 year-old brick has a personality of its own and naturally creates some brick dust. As much as we love it, we haven't convinced the brick to stop being brick! We thoroughly clean between guests, but a completely dust-free exposed-brick space is nearly impossible. We take housekeeping seriously and appreciate the feedback. We only wish we’d known during your stay so we could have made things right!
