Take just a few steps out the back onto a beautiful 40+ acre 36 hole golf course, right onto the putting green - access to miles of walking path and ponds where you can enjoy an unlimited feeling of open nature space, bird ponds, wild life, and greenery . 43' wide X 74' deep level to street driveway/parking lot . Very Wheel chair friendly - Poolside Cabana with pool table, darts, cornhole , hot tub(seasonal) with bathroom and outdoor shower - all with golf course and lake views !
