Unit #12 is a great family friendly condo located on the second floor of the Atrium House. NO SMOKING ALLOWED ANYWHERE ON PROPERTY!! This prime home welcomes you with its bright and airy beach vibe. This conveniently located 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit is an easy walk to the center of Stone Harbor s restaurants and shops or a short 1 block to the beach!! Come check out all that this bright and comfortable condo has to offer! Families are sure to enjoy the 2 Weber Grills for both tenants and owners use. Wonderful family home by the beach. You will enjoy additional outdoor space via the large common area that includes a spacious sundeck adjacent to the courtyard area. #12 comes with an assigned parking spot on ground level covered parking area. There is also additional opportunity to use one of the open spaces, not numbered, on first come basis.Beach chairs, beach umbrella are provided at beginning of season, though are NOT guaranteed .OWNERS will provide mattress covers , pillows, quilt/bedspreads and blankets; TENANTS must bring their own sheets and towels.
