405 Retreat at Hall Harbor in STONE HARBOR on 96th St- Close to The Reeds

Welcome to 405 Retreat at Hall Harbor! Located just less than a block to the Reeds and downtown Stone Harbor. This 4th floor condo offers amazing views of downtown, the wetlands and back bays. Enjoy the pool, bayside lounge, docks elevator, and short walking distance to everything the town has to offer. The building is located on the Shelter Haven Basin on 96th Street. Our condo is best suited for groups of 4. There is a king size bed and 2 twins. There is also an elevator, washer and dryer, parking spot, WiFi and large smart TVs.

For summer guests, we provide 4 beach tags and 4 pool tags. For off season rentals, feel free to reach out about fun events happening during the best time to be at the shore (in our opinion:)

Guests are responsible for bringing sheets and linens. There are also services that provide this. If interested please let me know and I can take care of ordering for you. They will drop off and pick up the sheets and towels and the charge is $200.

Please reach out about off season discounted rates for extended stays or last minute requests. (Weekly and monthly discounts).
Wedding guests: next to the Reeds 2 min walk; 5 min drive to Windrift and Icona. Wildwoods Convention Guests: approx 15 min drive to convention center for events.

The host provided excellent instructions for check-in and use of everything in the rental and on the property. The condo was comfortable and well equipped. The full washer/dryer was much appreciated. The pool and lounge area were great. And the in town location was very convenient.

The location was perfect- everything within walking distance. Parking was a little bit of a challenge since only one assigned spot is available. I parked a block away which really wasn’t a problem. The meters will end Oct 1st. Amy was exceptionally receptive to our questions! I would highly recommend this rental if visiting SH!

Very neat clean old building. Accommodations were adequate but far from very comfortable. Furniture ok . Bathroom small but good. Kitchen nice but old. AC units kinda loud. Bed mattresses campy. Wife won’t sleep there again. Parking atrocious , every day I had to squeeze between a cement pillar and the car next to me. Doable but not fun.

We had a great stay! The location is perfect, clean, and everything is walkable which made it so easy. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and having a dedicated parking spot was such a plus. Loved having carts to help load in and out too. Would definitely stay again!

Amy was a great host, allowed us to check in early & available when needed. The elevator & carts made move in easy. The king bed was comfortable. Please remember to bring paper products including the very essential toilet paper! We had great weather and enjoyed walking downtown to restaurants. We would book this condo again!
