I have been coming to Lake Anna since the late 80's. It has grown tremendously, but it is a wonderful place to relax and have a lot of fun. I built this house in 2005 and use it every minute it is not being enjoyed by my guests. Do what I do. RELAX and have FUN!!!

Why they chose this property

I choose this neighborhood because my mother owned a home in here. The HOA does a great job keeping it up to date and clean, however, this is the first year they have changed the rules for short term renters. They prohibit use of basketball court, tennis and use of the docks. I had to put this in.

What makes this property unique

This home is very cozy and large enough to host two families or just friends. It has 2 full kitchens equipped with everything you should need in both. The kids should enjoy the arcade games and dad would probably prefer the golf game. Lol.
