This 5-bedroom house is perfect for your escape to Lake Anna. Step into this lovely property and be greeted by its wonderful ambiance. This property has space in the driveway for your watercraft. The bedrooms features, 4 queen beds and 2 twin beds, ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests. Immerse yourself in the welcoming atmosphere as you relax in the cozy living spaces. With amenities like AC, two kitchens, a washing machine/dryer, Wi-Fi, screened porch, upper and lower decks, games, movies, gas grill, pool table, poker table, chess board, games and 2 full size arcade games. Your every need is taken care of. The 3 bathrooms offer both shower and bathtub (not the Primary), only a shower. This property is close to many Marinas that offer launching for your boat. The closest being only 1.9 miles at Hunters Landing Marina. Book now and enjoy everything this house has to offer.
Also, there is plenty of room in the driveway to park your boat or jetskis.

New rules (2026) from the HOA. The guests will not be permitted to use any of the common areas, marinas(no swimming), basketball, and tennis courts.

This property provides linens only. You must bring boat/bath towels and all toiletries. Absolutely, no use of the golf cart in the garage. Sorry!!

All trash must be removed from the premises and taken to a refuse center. This would result in a large fee of 250.00 if it is left behind.

I have been coming to Lake Anna since the late 80's. It has grown tremendously, but it is a wonderful place to relax and have a lot of fun. I built this house in 2005 and use it every minute it is not being enjoyed by my guests. Do what I do. RELAX and have FUN!!!

I choose this neighborhood because my mother owned a home in here. The HOA does a great job keeping it up to date and clean, however, this is the first year they have changed the rules for short term renters. They prohibit use of basketball court, tennis and use of the docks. I had to put this in.

This home is very cozy and large enough to host two families or just friends. It has 2 full kitchens equipped with everything you should need in both. The kids should enjoy the arcade games and dad would probably prefer the golf game. Lol.
