Retiro frente al mar para jóvenes y mayores por igual! # 1 clasificado Lake Anna Waterfront Home

Para 2019, ofrecemos alquileres de lunes a viernes. Nos hemos sentido abrumados con la cantidad de huéspedes que buscan estadías de un día entre semana, lo que nos permite usar nuestra casa los fines de semana con nuestra familia.

En algunos casos durante todo el año abriremos un fin de semana no antes de aproximadamente 30 días de anticipación. .

Descripción
Un lugar especial para ti, tu familia y amigos. Disfruta de la vida frente al mar con una terraza de 60 'y un patio inferior, además de un porche con pantalla, todo con vista al lago Anna a solo 100 pies de distancia. En el agua, una espaciosa casa de botes de 1,600 pies cuadrados con un resbalón cubierto para invitados, una gran terraza para tomar el sol, un mirador cubierto y una sala de bar con refrigerador, microondas y máquina para hacer perritos calientes ... todo junto a una playa de pendiente gradual.

House tiene un plano de planta abierto en ambos niveles para el entretenimiento. Cada habitación de la casa tiene una vista frente al mar (con excepción del Guest Master). Ambos Masters están en el piso principal con 2 dormitorios y una sala de recreación (que incluye un sofá cama) en el nivel inferior, proporcionando a todos 'su espacio de escapada'. Invitado lavadora / secadora ubicada en el nivel principal.

Lamentablemente no podemos acomodar; Mascotas, bodas, recepciones, fiestas grupales o celebraciones, o aquellos que deseen fumar. Nuestra casa es una casa libre de mascotas y humo para que disfruten las familias y parejas.

Love the property, we stayed in this same home the year before as well. Great dock and small gravel beach right on the lake and close to a restaurant and bait shop. The fire pit at night is a great place to sit and talk the night away. The home has a great dowstairs game room and is very comfortable. Visited in the fall both times, quiet and beautiful setting during this time of year.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful lake home. This home was the cleanest and most well maintained vacation home we have ever rented. There was plenty of space to spread out and feel very comfortable. The owners responded to our questions respectfully and promptly, we felt like we were communicating with friends. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

The house was lovely in the Lake view was spectacular. We spent most of our time decompressing, and relaxing by the water. I would highly recommend this for anybody who wants toyou have a peaceful, relaxing vacation?

Very nice.Peaceful and serene. Property could have been cleaner.Probably end of season wear and tear.Some things needed repair such as bannister to downstairs and screen door to the deck.Broken and off track. some of the outdoor steps are way to high and concrete color makes it hard to see especially for older people. But overall a great place to gather.

There aren't enough words to describe how incredible this home is. Absolutely love the location. The house smells so clean and fresh the minute you walk through the door. The views of the lake are fantastic. We loved the open concept of the home. The hosts think of everything to make your stay as carefree and accommodating as possible. Our family thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and utilized all the outdoor spaces to relax and enjoy our time together. It could not have been more perfect. Thank you so much for all the extra care and thought put into to making your home so accommodating for others to come and enjoy. We most definitely want to stay there again.

Perfect Location

We have been coming to Lake Anna for serval years & by far you have the best location yet. The home was very clean, organized & very communicated directions for the operation of the home. We appreciated our stay & was very thankful for the last minute booking. In the future we will be on the look out for this property for our yearly vacation.

Very spacious, clean and well equipped home. The lake views are stunning and relaxing just what we needed. Special thanks for the use of the golf cart which allowed my wheelchair family member the opportunity to hang out at the boathouse and enjoy fishing. The only frying pan sticks which tears your food. And the main level master bedroom mattress is worn. And thanks for the quick response with the code access upon arrival.

Location and View are perfect!!

Beautiful home and incredible view, Great location. I'm a bass fisherman and this fit me personally with my boat qith dock access and was still perfect for the family. The owner was very accommodating and even let us check in early. Highly recommended.

Perfect Peaceful Place

We wanted to go somewhere that my husband could fish and I could read and gaze out over the water and enjoy nature. I prefer a very clean, comfortable place in a peaceful location and this was it. We spent most of our time on the large covered dock. The boats racing by during the day were quite entertaining and didn’t bother us at all. Everyone is very friendly and we waved and spoke to some of them. The wildlife is fun too and we enjoyed a visit to theatre park nearby. It’s very quiet at night and even though the neighbors are close it feels very private. We would definitely come here again.

Just Wow

The review title was our first impression of this beautiful property. House is airy and clean with large windows to enjoy the peaceful view of the outdoors and lake. Well stocked with anything one needs for a comfortable and hassle free stay. The only things that could top it off would be the addition of a king bed and return of the pinball machine! We would not hesitate to stay again.

Excellent rejuvenation time on the lake

5 friends supporting each other in our journey of life.Fun time with games and comradery. Brought our own kayaks and enjoyed the lake . The weather was marvelous.

Amazing waterfront home

Outstanding home, clean, neat, modern, comfortable, with excellent layout. Enjoyed the large overwater dock with great outdoor furniture. My wife and I enjoyed tremendously and plan to bring the family back to rent here in the future.

We all had a marvelous time!! The house & property are incredible. We had everything we needed. It is very well stocked! The dock is so nice and we spent a lot of time there. Everyone slept comfortably. It was very easy to communicate with the owners. We would love to stay here again!!

Beautiful property

Beautiful property on the lake with dock. Outdoor spaces, firepit, and dock are lovely. Inside is spacious and bright. Owners were friendly and responsive.

Fantastic

Place is as described. Has everything you need to enjoy the lake. I brought spices cleaning stuff, hand soaps they had it all. Beds were super comfortable even the bath towels were a good quality. Highly recommend if you're looking for a great place on the lake. PROST!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The host was super flexible, and helpful in preparing for having our group there over Thanksgiving. Plenty of space, well stocked, clean, and nice view of the lake.

We had been coming to the lake primarily to waterski for 30+ years. Always dreamed of having our own place and finally made the decision after looking at more homes than you can imagine to find just the right one. We live permanently in Northern VA and plan to make it down to the lake as often as possible, regardless of the season.

We have 7 children now from High School to early 30's, so we needed a property that would hold our family of 9 (at times to include the Grandparents) and entertain all ages, young and old. And that is what we found!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We really enjoy the expansive deck, screen porch, large yard to play in, natural beach with gradual fall off which is wonderful for little ones and old ones alike. Our new boathouse is over the top with Gazebo, overhead fan, lounge furniture, large sun deck, bar room with fridge, microwave and hotdog maker! We offer 'whip' boat docking system for guests. Our dead-end street with cul-de-sac is great for the younger ones to bike or skate. Especially appealing is the ability to take a stroll to The Cove Restaurant, ice cream shop or convenience market in 10 minutes.
