The perfect location for your St. John's vacation! Located right on Signal Hill, this house is just a few minutes walk from East Coast Walking Trail and Cabot Tower. Also, walking distance to popular cafes, breweries and restaurants. Features include a comfortable, bright workspace for working remotely, cozy private garden that has a BBQ and outdoor furniture and additional outdoor living space located on the upper deck. Something for everyone including a downstairs games area!
