You’ll love the newly remodeled lower level of this duplex. This 3-bedroom townhome is perfect for your escape to Spicer and beautiful Green Lake. With 2 king beds, 1 bunk bed, and 1 queen bed, and an air bed there's plenty of space for you and your guests to relax and unwind. The property features amazing amenities like a full kitchen, large living room with a large comfy couch and chairs, dining table and chairs, washing machine and dryer, iron and board, dishwasher, heating, WiFi, AC, and a hair dryer. You'll also find a tub/shower and hair dryer in the 2 bathrooms. There's off street parking for multi vehicles. The lakeside is beautiful and you’ll have access to the dock and can tie up your boat if you wish. And 2 kayaks to explore on the lake. The location is only 1/2 mile to town where you can explore fun bars, restaurants and many beautiful parks and trails. Everything is close and even walkable. Enjoy all that Spicer has to offer when you visit here! Pet Friendly! Great for families and Group Gatherings!

This is our second time staying here. It is beautiful and comfortable! Our host checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed and he was very accommodating.

This property is a beautiful setting. The accommodation was spacious and nicely updated. The owner was over-the-top when it came to communication and attention to our needs. 5 stars!!!!!!

Lovely lake getaway

This was a great space to hang out and spend time with family on the lake. Close to town, but still a private getaway. Large space to inside and out.

Spicer is Nicer

Amazing weekend at Green Lake in Spicer! Newly renovated house with easy access not only to the lake but to downtown Spicer and the landing. Owner is very accommodating and communication is top notch. Highly recommend and I will booking for next year!

Awesome home and an awesome time. Lake front property was great and Tommy was extremely responsive and helpful with communication. He even dropped off some poker chips at the house when we asked if there were any in the game drawer. Would absolutely stay here again!

Lakefront Paradise: The Perfect Getaway with All the Perks!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Tommy's lake house, and I can’t say enough good things about our experience. The home was immaculately clean upon arrival, which set the tone for a wonderful stay. Tommy and his brother Greg were incredibly friendly and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our time there. The house itself was perfect for our group. The big, comfortable beds ensured everyone had a great night's sleep, and the huge deck quickly became our favorite spot to relax and entertain. We also loved the location—it was close enough to town for convenience, yet felt secluded enough to truly unwind. The lake access was a major highlight for us. We had a blast spending time on the water, whether it was kayaking, swimming, or just hanging out on the dock. Docking our boat was a breeze, and the spacious layout of the property made it ideal for our large group. We’re already looking forward to returning next year. Thank you, Tommy and Greg, for making our stay so enjoyable!

Absolutely INCREDIBLE stay!!!

I cannot recommend this property enough! The pictures are cute, but it literally blew our minds! The check-in process couldn’t have been any easier and the property manager was so thorough and awesome to work with! My family stayed here last weekend and had the best time! The pictures can’t do this place justice! It’s absolutely perfect! The cabin was very clean clean so well taken care of! Supplied us with everything we could need and then some! There is not a detail they haven’t thought about. The decorations and vibe of the house were beautiful and inviting! The beds were crazy comfortable and even the linens felt special! It almost felt like we were at an expensive resort! We appreciated the beach towels, yard games, comfy throw blankets, beautiful bathrooms, and relaxing outdoor patio area! We loved fishing off the dock and had fun swimming and floating right at their beach area! We rented a pontoon for a few hours and enjoyed the scenery and really loved looking at all of the gorgeous homes! My boys love to fish, so they fished a lot and caught some small mouth bass and crappie! The lake is huge with lots to do! We had lunch at Zorbaz, which was right down the road and a super fun environment to hang out in for a few hours! The town of Spicer is the cutest little town that we had had no idea existed! The area is very well kept, felt incredibly safe, and was more than we could have imagined! We high recommend and will be back soon!
