This property, located right in Oaxaca's historical district, is part of a small gated community that has been in our family for generations. With so many attractions within walking distance, this rental would be the perfect home base during your trip to Oaxaca de Juárez.

This private condo is approximately 733 square feet. It comes fully furnished, and has two front rooms, two full bathrooms, one dedicated bedroom, one kitchenette, and a back patio.

In addition to the full/queen bed in the bedroom, there is also a futon that folds into a bed, and another small bed, both located in the second front room.

High-speed internet, cable television, water, electricity, trash service, and gas are all included with this rental.

Great place for our family of four! My wife and I worked in the front room or the terraza and our boys (10 & 14) hung out and slept in the TV room next to it. Fantastic location close to SO much of the amazingness that is Oaxaca!
