The listing is a perfect place for 1 or 2 people. The place was clean and I enjoyed the patio area. The ac units helped a lot to keep the house cool. I highly recommend this listing.

It was a very cute spot, but I wish it was disclosed that the vrbo is half of a persons house. The first night we heard someone walk around and it freaked us out a bit.

Its one of the safest and nicest House! My daughter loved the Jet tub! The host is very exceptional.. when I left the house, I forgot an importnat thing and he immedietly help me with it!

Host was very responsive to all inquiries from booking to time at the property. Location was nice with vicinity to Riverwalk and downtown area. Unfortunately had an abnormal cold evening and only a space heater available for the property. Overall an enjoyable and comfortable stay.

While the property is typically very comfortable year-round, I understand how that drop in temperature could have affected your stay. I would say my stay was great.. Righhhtt up till 3:00pm Friday the day before check in. Nd then magically the WiFi shuts off. I asked the neighbors and they still had on.. So I believe the neighbor next door in the duplex. Whomever it is shut it off.Cause I could hear them laughing next door about it.. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BOOK THERE.. Bad thing is I was in the middle of work. That’s rude and made me miss out on .

I'm sorry to hear that the Internet went out. This is the first time that I'm hearing about it. If you would of contacted me I would have called Verizon because it runs on the 5g tower directly across the street and the WiFi router is in the unit directly under the TV in the bedroom in the box on the wall with a battery backup. I'm sorry about the misunderstanding but if you would have reached out to me then I would have been able to resolve it.

The house was very clean and inviting! The location is close to everything but far enough away to be peaceful & quiet! The host was very attentive and quick to respond! I will consider this property again when needing a place to stay!

The guest before you used the fireplace without my knowledge . I just purchased an ozone generator just incase that happens again.

The host was readily available for questions and concerns. The structure was centrally located in downtown Bradenton a block from River Walk. Finally, the huge Jacuzzi bathtub was AWSOME.

The host was very welcoming. The property was good for a place to just sleep. It does need some remodeling done. I think the owner is slowly doing this.
