Excellent Stay

Extremely clean house, located minutes from attractions we visited (Zoo, Chess Museum, Kingside Diner, The City Museum, the Arch). Close to awesome food and historic Ted Drewes for ice cream. Try Ari’s Restaurant for top notch Greek food and Espresso Yourself for great coffee and scones.

Great property. Super happy because there was a minor issue with something on arrival and it was fixed immediately.

Convenient location

Was as advertised. Quiet neighborhood. Close to major attractions. No staples, other than enough K-cups for the Keurig for several days, but there was a grocery store one block away.

House was very clean, very comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood and very convenient to downtown and other activities. When the furnace runs it is very noisy in the main bedroom.

House was clean. Communication was fine. Should send access instructions 24hours in advance, not just morning of. Could use more seating in the living room. One couch not sufficient. Renter must have their own Roku account to use the TV. Faucet in master shower needs to be fixed. Oven needs to be cleaned as it started to smoke when we tried to use. Should add some written instructions in the house to make it clear where to take trash (not clear which outdoor receptacle was for the house), what needs to be done when leaving (no instructions were given), how to use TV, etc.

Pretty good for what we needed! Kind of dirty and host not very responsive to a maintenance issue (unopenable garage that was not repaired during our stay), but overall fine. It’s super central to everything and the huge backyard is great.

Perfect fit for our family and needs

This property worked really well for us. Quiet neighborhood, close to a grocery store, comfortable beds and layout. Yes, the HVAC unit is in a closet in the master but we didn't need to run it at night. Responsive host.

We had a wonderful four‑day stay. The home is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood, with plenty of space for our small family gathering. It was clean, comfortable, and had all the essentials we needed. The backyard was especially lovely and gave us a peaceful place to relax.A couple of small things the management company might consider for future improvements: the heating/cooling system can be a bit loud at times, and a quick text with arrival details or FAQs would make check‑in even smoother. The bedroom pillows were quite large and a bit unwieldy, so offering a mix of pillow sizes could make the beds even more comfortable. Some of the furniture shows normal wear, but nothing that affected our stay.Overall, it was a great spot for family time, and we truly enjoyed our stay.

Thank you for the great review! Glad the home worked well for your family and that you enjoyed the clean, comfortable space and peaceful backyard. Appreciate the helpful suggestions, we’ll have the HVAC checked to reduce noise, add a quick arrival text/FAQ to smooth check‑in, and provide a mix of pillow sizes and extra pillowcases. We’ll also review the furniture and refresh items as needed. Hope to host you again.

Comfy, garage a

Found everything as described. Garage parking was a plus. Room for the family to spread out and relax. Street is quiet and feels safe. Beds were comfy, kitchen well equipped, backyard offers extra room to spread out. One tip: furnace is in the master bedroom closet and can be loud when running. It lulled us to sleep but something to be aware of.

Nice house in relatively safe area

Older home that is well maintained and very clean. The older neighborhood that seemed safe and pretty convenient to grocery store(less than a mile), food options, zoo, downtown and interstate. Seemed to have been remodeled fairly recently. Garage/parking is in the alley behind the house not the main road and a little tricky to get in and out but nice to have(especially since there was some rough weather some of the stay). Very little to no noise or traffic even with some utility work being done the week we stayed. No issues and everyone was pleased.
