What a nice & unique house! The pool was a good temp on arrival! Beds were very comfortable. We brought our 2 lab dogs & they enjoyed the large dog bed! We were gone for graduation & parties elsewhere so we didn’t have much time to enjoy the pool, but good to book again!

Property well maintained. Host does communicate well. We had a family gathering...kids and a dog. Neighbors were not too crazy about dog barking so much (during the day). We quieted him down. Definitely need to keep noise down. We tried not to be too "loud". Hard to contain your excitement when you have all the fun amenities!! Other than those small things... we enjoyed our stay! Evan is a great host!! Highly recommend this house.

Family gathering to celebrate a birthday.

This place is perfect for a family gathering. We spent time inside together and outside together. We crammed a lot of memories in two days here. Thanks for having us.

Great property for families

The property was very comfortable and provided great amenities to entertain the whole family. It was nice to be able to invite people over for a small family reunion while the kids were entertained. The host was very responsive when there was a concern. I appreciated his hospitality.

I rented this property out for the 80th birthday party for my mom and has several people over to help celebrate everyone loved it. Everyone complimented it and everyone was overly impressed. It worked out perfectly. The owner is super friendly and very accommodating and gave me great advice on where to park the extra cars. It’s in a very clean and nice neighborhood. Everyone felt very safe. The pool was fantastic. The kids and everyone loved it. I would 100% do it again I’m really glad it worked out.

Great Property and Experience

We were hosting a larger group for my daughter's graduation from Texas Tech. The house is well set up for groups. Perfectly clean. Pool instructions are very clear. Evan was a great host. I would absolutely use this house again.

Perfect!

The place was perfect for family and friends to celebrate my daughter and nephew’s graduation from Texas Tech! It comfortably fit a large number of people without feeling crowded.The hosts, Evan and Cele, were always quick to respond with any questions we had. I definitely recommend staying at the house! Wonderful time at the Experience!

If you are looking for a place that is set up for a good time and a chance to make a ton of memories, book it now. Evan was so great at communication and opened his doors and his heart to whatever we wanted to do during our visit there. We were there for a baseball tournament and we could even have our whole team there for a fun night! The beds were super comfortable, they have great taste, they have TVs in each room for music or to put on a game. The pool and hot tub were enjoyed by all and were essential since we were there in July! Thanks for sharing your home with us!
