The tall, multi-level home includes several staircases and uneven natural terrain typical of a historic property, so guests should be comfortable with stairs and walking on outdoor paths and driveway areas. The home may not be ideal for those with mobility concerns.

Perfect spot in a beautiful neighborhood
We loved staying at Tim’s house. He’s a very responsive host and is easy to communicate with. The house itself is large and beautiful, and is in a nice neighborhood with a walking trail nearby. Highly recommend!

Why they chose this property
While Baltimore is an urban area with many restaurants, sporting events, historic sights and unique communities, Mount Washington feels like a retreat from the city. It has lots of nature and beauty all around it.
What makes this property unique
This home is truly one-of-a-kind on a quiet street with other Victorian-era homes. Sunlight streams in the tall windows during the day and evenings are spent on the front porch swing or back deck chairs.
