6 Br Villa con piscina en forma de L, hermosa vista al mar y la mejor ubicación en Ibiza

Situado a un kilómetro al sur del marcador km4 en la carretera de Ibiza a San José, esta villa está a sólo diez minutos del aeropuerto, la ciudad de Ibiza, y las playas de Sa Caleta y Cala Jondal. Playa Den Bossa está aún más cerca y es sólo una unidad de 5-7 minutos.

La villa fue construida originalmente hace unos 25 años y está teniendo una renovación diseñada por el arquitecto completa lista para 2014. Todas las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado y hay un enrutador WIFI fuerte en la sala de estar.

Fuera de la parte delantera de la casa, hay una zona de aparcamiento privado para aproximadamente cuatro coches. Hay grandes puertas que conducen a un / patio interior calzada

La planta baja consta de una cómoda sala de estar / comedor con puertas que dan a la piscina y jardín y una cocina semi-independiente con electrodomésticos modernos.
Fuera de la sala es una habitación doble con vestidor y baño en suite con bañera de hidromasaje y una segunda pequeña habitación doble que comparte este baño. También hay una habitación doble con un baño con ducha. Hay otros dos planta baja habitación doble y cuarto de baño con ducha con acceso desde el exterior.

Arriba hay tres habitaciones, todas dobles con un baño independiente. Desde uno de estos dormitorios hay acceso a una terraza que conduce al dormitorio principal, esta habitación increíble tiene que ser la suite principal, ya que tiene un acceso independiente desde el jardín hasta el dormitorio que tiene una cama doble grande y hermosa cuarto de baño

Hay un anexo / suite adicional debajo de la piscina con una cama doble, completa con una pequeña área de cocina y baño en-suite. Algunas de las habitaciones se pueden hacer como gemelos, si se prefiere por encargo.

El amplio jardín tiene una gran "L" en forma de piscina completa con cubierta de madera y un montón de espacio para tomar el sol.

En el extremo norte del jardín de una hermosa área cubierta chill out, se ha construido con vistas a la ciudad de Ibiza (Dalt Vila) y el mar cerca de Salinas.

Villa Ahlvar la residencia de verano de un diseñador internacional del fahshion está escondido en las majestuosas colinas de Can Font con vista panorámica del mar y las playas de Ibiza, así como el campo ibicenco hermosa. Con una parcela de más de 2.000 m2 ajardinados con buen gusto, incluyendo un gimnasio al aire libre, hermosa buganvilla, un jardín de cactus y una puesta de sol colina chill-out. Villa Ahlvar está situado en una zona muy tranquila, segura, área, pero está a sólo 7 minutos en coche de Playa d'en Bossa ya 10 minutos de la ciudad de Ibiza, Salinas, Blue Marlin o las mejores discotecas del mundo.

Toda la propiedad fue renovado 2014 y 2015 y amueblado por el suizo diseñador argentino Chiara Fabiana combina el encanto rústico con elegante sencillez.

Esta es una gran villa con excelentes zonas de piscina y chill-out, adecuado para grupos o familias que quieren la paz de una villa privada con absoluta tranquilidad al tener fácil acceso a todo lo que ofrece Ibiza. Los huéspedes también se ofrecen servicios VIP adicionales a tasas favorables, desde masajes o yoga en la piscina de un chef privado o barco para un expereince mágica Formentera.

The best villa!

Great stay at the villa. Booked for my hendo and everything was perfect! Very spacious, the rooms were great and had aircon, pool was amazing and it was in a good location.

Adult 4 night trip

The villa is even nicer than it appears on the website. Loads of space, lovely pool, great kitchen. Alfredo the villa manager is a legend and so helpful, made the stay brilliant. We had chefs come in and cook for us and wasn't to expensive. Had literally the best 4 days and would go back in a heart beat. Such a great villa had the most amazing time. Want to go back!!!

We loved our stay at Villa Ahlvar. Great location with convenient access to the airport and Ibiza Town. Alfredo was the perfect host - available for questions prior to and during our stay and could not have been more helpful. We would not hesitate to stay again.

Amazing villa

We have just returned from staying at this villa for 4 nights! The Villa was perfect. The outside area is so spacious, there were 18 adults so I was a bit worried we would be on top of each other but we had so much space! Alfredo was brilliant at communicating with before our trip and so helpful, friendly and lovely when we were there. We did have to get taxis everywhere but we found that easy using their local app and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend this villa, we went for our 40ths and now wanting to go bank for our 41st Thank You Alfredo!

Amazing villa!

I stayed here in June with friends to celebrate a milestone birthday. The villa is way better than the photos portray. The Villa manager is one of the most helpful and welcoming I’ve experienced. The location is great for everything we wanted to do and despite being close to the airport it was really quiet. Loved it!

Excellent property, top location

We had a couple amazing days at Villa Ahlvar. Great service and support from time of booking to check-out. Its a really great house, very spacious, great social areas outside around the big pool. Best possible location close to airport and main activities. Would warmly recommend it to any grop or larger family. Kids friendly as well. Hope to come back soon.

Large group celebrating our 40th's

The villa is outstanding. The photos are out of date and don't do it justice. It is far better in reality. Alfredo was very responsive and very kind in letting us check out later which meant we weren't rushed at all. We would love to come back one day.

Amazing villa

What an fabulous time we have had at Villa Ahlvar. The villa is amazing, it couldn’t be more perfect. The outside areas are stunning, we were overwhelmed by the size. Alfredo, the villa manager, helped to make our holiday so perfect, he was so helpful and arranged all of our transport and collected anything we needed from the shop. The weather was also perfect, not a cloud in sky.

Amazing villa! Bigger than you expect!

We organised a 30th birthday celebration with 16 guests. The villa was amazing, extremely spacious with amazing aerial views around the property and an unobstructed stunning sunset views. Its also way bigger than the images and videos suggest which was a delightful surprise! Alfredo was amazing with us and extremely professional, punctual and attentive to our needs. This made our stay as seamless as possible. We made use of the private bus hire service around Ibiza and private chef for dinner. Alfredo provided appropriate contact details to make these arrangements. One thing to note is hiring a car might be useful for getting around but other than that I would recommend this villa highly.

Brilliant villa for large group

This is a fantastic villa. The photos really don't do it justice. All of us who stayed at the property said that we would definitely rent it again The pool is large and is surrounded by 12 loungers, a large day bed and a hot tub. There are also lots of smaller outdoor seating areas too which includes two dining tables each for 18 people. There is also a great speaker for playing music. All bedrooms have brilliant AC and are very quiet. We never heard any of the neighbours. The check-in process was so easy and we had WhatsApp access to the property manager who was very responsive when we had a couple of minor issues. The location of the villa is superb; only 10mins drive from the airport. But it's not under the flight path so you never see or hear the planes. The kitchen is a little small and could do with adding some more cooking utensils. However, there are three fridge/freezers and two dishwashers which is really convenient. We had a great time and highly recommend.

Villa

Stayed as a group of 16. Villa was much larger in person than in photos. Plenty of space for everyone and plenty of bathrooms. Plenty of fridges to store food and drinks. Villa is a bit out of the way from main roads (and supermarkets) but we had pre-organised a chef to come to the villa daily so wasn’t a problem. I would highly recommend organising a chef or do a big food shop upon arrival. Alfredo provided the details for a very reliable driver with 8 seater van and also offered to do the shopping for us! Standard taxi services were not too bad picking us up from here, average wait time was about 15-30mins. Alfredo has been amazing to deal with in the lead up and during our stay. He has gone above and beyond to ensure we had everything we need and we’re comfortable. We can’t thank him enough for his attention, accommodation and responsiveness. We had no issues with security or neighbouring noise and felt very safe the whole time. We would definitely stay again.

Amazing Villa for a large group

I was fortunate that this villa was available for my daughter’s 21st birthday party. We had 16 girls at the Villa & it easily accommodated all of us. It’s absolutely enormous and the facilities couldn’t be better. The villa’s outdoor entertaining areas and pool are all fabulous. The living room is quite small and not very comfortable but to be honest we rarely spent time there and were always outside. The villa is beautifully presented, but not too precious so I was at ease the whole time. Alfredo was beyond incredible!! If it wasn’t for him our holiday would NOT have been the success it was, especially my daughter’s birthday party. Nothing was ever too much trouble! Alfredo suggested his friend Mike do our catering. What a delight he was to deal with! The house was spotless, and well stocked. The bedrooms were quite unique and different and the girls thought the beds were very comfortable. We had ample towels which can often be a struggle with holiday rentals. Everyone raved about the power of the showers, but most importantly, the air conditioning worked really well, critical for summers in Europe. The only negative really is that it’s not in a particularly pretty part of Ibiza, and you couldn’t walk to shops and get a coffee or go to a cafe. Renting a car would make logistics much easier. It is close to the airport and to the best clubs if that’s your vibe! The girls loved that!

Unos días memorables!!!!

Hemos disfrutado en familia de un recibimiento fantástico del encargado, súper amable y servicial. Todo perfecto de acuerdo a lo visto en la página de Vrbo. Fuimos con hijos y nietos y funcionó todo a las mil maravillas El chalet es ideal para familia numerosa o grupo de amigos. Habitaciones bien distribuidas e independientes, baños modernos, buena agua, silencio… y las zonas comunes ideales. No se puede pedir más. Muchísimas gracias por unos días en familia para el recuerdo!!!! Volveremos!!!!

Une fabuleuse parenthèse

Magnifique Villa de style Finca Espagnol très joliment décorée. La villa est très fonctionnelle. Beaucoup d'entrées indépendantes sur les chambres, des dépendances ... qui font que chacun à son espace. Dans le jardin il y a plein d'espaces diffèrents propices au farniente; Terrain de pétanque, jaccuzy, salle de sport, table de ping pong tout y est pour passer un bon séjour. Un énorme bravo également à Alfredo qui s'occupe de la maison et qui est aux petits soins pour ces hôtes, c'est tellement rare et appréciable, merci merci beaucoup à lui pour l'aide qu'il a pu m'apporter dans l'organisation de notre séjour , qui était aussi l'anniversaire de notre fille. Nous avons adoré cette villa !

Great place for a group

We had such a great time staying at Villa Ahlvar. There is so much space to relax and enjoy, and all the rooms were spacious and clean. Alfredo, the villa manager, was so helpful and welcoming as well. Would highly recommend! Hope we can come back again soon.

Truly memorable

We had a lovely stay here with friends for my wife’s 40th birthday. Took in all Ibiza had to offer given the restrictions and enjoyed spending at the villa in and out of the pool. Villa owners were very generous and villa manager Alfredo was on call to help with anything. Thank you very much. We hope to return sometime.

The perfect wedding

We celebrated our wedding over here, with approx. 50 people. It was the most amazing day. The villa is very nice and tidy. the pool also. Alfredo is very helpfull. The way to get there is a bit bumpy. I would recommend it to everybody.

My name is Ola Ahlvarsson and my biggest passion is my family and my companies. We bought the house in Ibiza 2015 and renovated it completely during that year. This house is our little paradise that we escape to several times every year just to enjoy some quit time in the beautiful garden or some social hangouts when our friends visit us.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

The house was completely renovated 2015 when we bought it.
I love the clean but cozy and personal interior that our favourite architect did for us.
I love when the house is filled with friends, when we have big BBQ by the out door dining table or when we have fun games by the pool.
This house is very social but you also get your own space and quite time with the thick walls and completely black window covers.
The out door area is my favourite part with the 4 different height levels in the garden. It feels like our own little village :)

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The location is just perfect!
It takes 4 minutes going to the airport, 5 minutes to closest beach, and maximum 10 minutes to Blue Marlin Beach club, El Chiringuito beach club or Ibiza town.
Even though we live close to everything it really feels like to country side with bumpy roads and no neighbours super close.
