Un lujoso resort de servicio completo frente al mar en la costa esmeralda de Panama City Beach. Nuestro condominio 2br 2ba de 1.100 pies cuadrados totalmente amueblado tiene capacidad para 6.

¡Nuestra extensa remodelación ha sido completada recientemente! Encontrará gabinetes nuevos en toda la cocina y baños, así como encimeras de granito en todas partes. La cocina tiene una estufa nueva y microondas empotrado. El baño principal tiene una nueva bañera, así como nuevos azulejos personalizados. El baño de invitados ha sido completamente renovado, con una fantástica ducha y el logotipo de Palm Tree en mosaicos.
Hay pintura nueva en todo el condominio, así como nuevas baldosas y alfombras. ¡Todo esto por el mismo precio bajo!

El dormitorio principal tiene una suntuosa cama King size, televisión, baño privado con tocador / vestidor separados y un gran armario, y una gran bañera de jardín. El dormitorio de invitados también tiene una cama queen size, televisión, armario y entrada directa al segundo baño. Además, hay un sofá cama Queen en la sala de estar.

We love this condo! It’s a wonderful value, location, and our favorite resort at PCB. This is our second time to rent this unit. I’m sure we will rent again in the future. I highly recommend renting this unit!

On a positive note, I had an issue with finding the parking email and they were very helpful with getting me the details I needed. The condo’s description seems outdated. The entire condo was disappointing in terms of cleanliness. I understand that these rooms are used frequently, and I’m okay with wear and tear or broken items. However, I expect them to be clean. I cleaned the kitchen before using it, but it was left dirty, with sticky counters. The bedroom carpet was also very dingy, not the typical tile you find in Florida. Additionally, the sliding glass door to the balcony was very difficult to open and close. I didn’t call and complain because I was on vacation and had already cleaned up. I understand that these are money-making properties, and I’m all for that, but I do expect them to be kept clean.

Edgewater stay

The place was well-kept and provided a great vacation for our family. Close to the pool and the beach with quick and easy access. Close proximity to the strip and all the restaurants as well. Thank you for letting us stay there.

Awesome condo with amazing view

The condo was exactly as expected per photos. In a great location and the view couldn't be beat! Michael the property manager with extremely prompt and helpful the 1 time we contacted him. I would highly recommend this unit!

Dance Nationals for Daughter

Very good for the price!!! My daughter’s dance nationals were held at the event center located at the resort, so staying at the resort was a must. It took us about 5 minutes to get to the event center from the condo!!! Everything was exactly as it looked in the pictures!! We had a great time and will book again if we go back to Panama City Beach.

Awesome beach condo!!

We spent 10 days in this beautiful condo in October 2016. The condo has had a great face lift everything is so nice and updated. Plenty of room to spread out and have your own space. Extremely clean and refreshing. The resort is also a great plus. Golf, 9 pools,restaurant, store, spa boutique, and more. Beautiful views from your room. You will love this home away from home!

LOVED OUR ANNUAL STAY IN PCB AGAIN IN 2019. SURE BEATS ALL THAT SNOW IN THE GREAT WHITE NORTH.

THIS WAS OUR 12TH STAY IN PCB AND WE HAVE SPENT THEM MAINLY AT THE EDGEWATER, THIS TIME IN TOWER 1 #405 FOR THE SECOND TIME IN A ROW ENJOYING A NEW KING SIZE AND QUEEN SIZE BED. DID NOT WANT TO RISE IN THE MORNING TO ENJOY THE WONDERFUL FLORIDA SUNRISES. HAD ANOTHER WONDERFUL WINTER AS A SNOWBIRD.

Great for the family

This condo had plenty of space and was very nice. We loved the lagoon pool and the security that Edgewater has to offer. The only concern that I had was a missing ceiling tile in the bathroom. With no ceiling tile in place, pipes were exposed. Other than that, the owner was very nice and helpful and the listing describes this rental to a tee.

Needs Updated/Deep Cleaning

Property desperately needs new furniture. I covered it, and didn’t sit at the island or table. Furniture is old and soiled. Beds were new & amazing. There was one towel for the kitchen. The management, and owner were nice and accommodating. Just wish the unit was a little cleaner and updated for the money we paid.

A few recommendations

Overall stay was great, the pools and Edgewater in general are very nice. The condo was ok. I would recommend new shower curtains and liners, they were mildew covered. The first thing I noticed upon getting there was what I assume was a cockroach in the kitchen and then when I saw the roach spray under the sink, I was pretty sure that's what it was. The couch was dirty looking, we covered it with a sheet while there. Other than those things, which we dealt with, Edgewater would be considered a great place to vacation.

Mistaken reservation

I intended to reserve a different property in the same complex. I realized the mistake right away and contacted the owner within 15 minutes asking to cancel. He responded quickly and told me that I could cancel but his policy stated I would not get a refund of any kind. I can see if I had wanted cancel weeks or days later but 15 minutes!? Come on! People make mistakes Be a decent Human being.! It was going to be a short stay so I figured it wasn’t worth the hassle of asking the credit card company to stop payment. We would just stay there. So we arrived after a long day of driving to find a very tired (exhausted might be a better word). looking condo. The couches were soiled from use. The grout in the living area and kitchen floor is in desperate need of a professional cleaning. The bedding in the master bed room consisted a set of mismatched, polyester sheets and comforter with a large hole in it. The carpet in both bedrooms needs to be replaced. I could go on but I think you can get the jist. The cabinets and granite counter tops looked new so I hope it’s a sign of things to come.

The condo is very outdated. The upkeep is not there. There was mold everywhere, many things did not work it need to be replaced. We were given the last amount of necessities to get us through the 5 days. The entire building seems to be in the same shape. The pools and hot tubs were great. The landscaping was beautiful. The security people were fabulous! The pool guys were great. Access to the beach was excellent. I was just unsatisfied with the condition of the actual condo. The pillow cases had lipstick on them, the washer and dryer only worked ok, the fridge was dirty and rusty, the air vents were caked with dust and mold. It have a very bad feeling that everything was dirty. Only one of the two showers worked. l truly want to go back because it was so convenient but I don't want my daughter with asthma to have complications from staying there.
