The property was pet friendly but there was not an immediate area that was good for pets to use the restroom. Luckily, there were parks nearby

We the Flats to be very nice and clean. Parking is a little tight for a pickup. Especially if all are full. Overall a great experience

Overall the property was great and the owner provided lots of information and communication. We never did respond or reach out but I'm sure that if we did have any issues or requests, that they would have done their best to help us. Only complaint is the lack of hair dryer and coffeee maker, as noted in the listing - it also says the property is located within a resort and I think that is a bit of a stretch of the imagination.

Parking was very limited and there was not a great area to curb your pet or pick up after them. Trash around the side of the building and to the back was difficult as well. Housekeeping should be able to take out the trash or the trash needs to be closer to the front of the building, especially for those with disabilities. Otherwise the room was great. Clean and well maintained. The bed was comfortable. They had a noise machine that made a huge difference for our sleep quality as well. I would stay here again. Check-in was easy and I loved the ease of this entire process.
