Located in the heart of historic Coeur d'Alene, our neighborhood offers easy access to all the town has to offer. Enjoy a variety of indoor and outdoor dining options, year-round community events, local art, cafes, and antique shops. You'll be just 5 minutes from the beautiful Lake Coeur d'Alene and the Coeur d'Alene Resort, and only 5 minutes from the local golf course a short 7 minute drive to the Kootenai hospital. For more adventure, 30 minutes to Silverwood Theme Park, and 35 minutes to Silver Mountain for skiing and snowboarding. Plus, Triple Play, featuring a year-round indoor water park, is just 15 minutes away!

Parking: We offer free on-site parking in our lot, which is available on a first-come, first-served basis. If the lot is full, don't worry! There's plenty of free street parking in the residential neighborhood right next door.
Public Transportation: While Coeur d'Alene is best explored by car, you'll find convenient options nearby. The city has limited public transit, but ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are readily available. You can easily access downtown Coeur d'Alene, the lake, and various attractions within minutes.
Major Hubs & Airports: Spokane International Airport (GEG) is approximately a 45-minute drive away. From the airport, you can rent a car, use a ride-sharing service, or arrange for a shuttle to reach The Flats. The downtown area is a short 5-minute drive, making it easy to access restaurants, shops, and entertainment.

Parking was very limited and there was not a great area to curb your pet or pick up after them. Trash around the side of the building and to the back was difficult as well. Housekeeping should be able to take out the trash or the trash needs to be closer to the front of the building, especially for those with disabilities.
Otherwise the room was great. Clean and well maintained. The bed was comfortable. They had a noise machine that made a huge difference for our sleep quality as well.
I would stay here again. Check-in was easy and I loved the ease of this entire process.

Overall the property was great and the owner provided lots of information and communication. We never did respond or reach out but I'm sure that if we did have any issues or requests, that they would have done their best to help us. Only complaint is the lack of hair dryer and coffeee maker, as noted in the listing - it also says the property is located within a resort and I think that is a bit of a stretch of the imagination.
