Host was very proactive and engaging from reservation through the entire stay. Very clean, quiet and comfortable accommodations - the large fenced yard was a big hit for our traveling puppers. Location is off the beaten path, but close to CVS, Krogers, and several eating establishments. Great place to relax and wind down.

Second time staying here and we loved it. It has everything you need in a convenient location. House was just as listed and the yard is the selling point for me. Super dog friendly. We will be back.....again :)

Excellent for our dogs. The chain link fencing allowed us to let our dogs out in a safe area. House was very clean and comfortable. Our host was very accommodating. Easy on and off the interstate.

Good Overnight Stop with Pets

WV was the midway point for our trip back home and the large fenced in yard was ideal for our 2 dogs to get out and stretch.

In December we needed a place to stay for our sons wedding. The property was well maintained. We loved the off street parking and the fenced in yard because we have a dog.

Very peaceful and nice. The beds were great. It is nice to have a place to stay with our miniturecdoxie.The grass needed mowed but the grass was green and lush but a little tall for my Doxie

Visited for a couple of nights on a short trip. House was perfect and had everything needed down to shampoo and body wash in the bathroom. My dog and I spent lots of time in the large, fenced yard. Definitely a huge plus! Dan was very responsive and accommodating He even allowed us to check out an hour later than listed to accommodate a last minute schedule change. I will not hesitate to stay here again!

Home away from home!

This was a wonderful place to stay! We walked into a beautiful space with great classic home features. A splash of moderne decor and amenities allowed our family to feel like we were at home. We were close to where we needed to be, and minutes away from food and shopping, while feeling quiet and content in the neighborhood. Thank you for having this opportunity for us.

Great guest! Noah and his family were in and out and we hardly knew they had stayed. They took great care of our home and communicated though the process easily! Would love to host them again if they are ever in our area!

Wonderful!

This is an adorable home in a quaint neighborhood. We absolutely loved it. Very peaceful and quiet. The host Daniel and his son was very personable and was more than willing to promptly answer any questions we had. Our dog loved the fenced in yard. If there was a higher rating than a 5 star I would give it.

I needed a halfway point between Indiana and South Carolina. We stayed here as a family to exchange grandchildren that came to visit me in Myrtle Beach South Carolina for a week. The house is very nice. It was clean. We did enjoy the backyard use.

This was our second stay at this location/house, which is only minutes off highway 64. We have a 90lb Golden Retriever and love the big fenced in yard for him to run and play after our 10 hours on the road. The house was spotless and the beds comfortable. Like our first stay, all my communication with Daniel was excellent. He is very quick to respond to any inquires. We will definitely be booking again at the Dunbar house in the future

Charming house and pet friendly too

Traveling with our dog and found this gem. The house is very well outfitted for a comfortable stay, the owner has obviously taken great care in creating such a lovely place, we didn't want for anything. Had a couple of questions and he responded right away, and lives in the area too. Nice big fenced yard for playtime, the neighborhood was quiet and friendly. Would certainly stay again.

Pet owners delight

Great location. The house was clean and nicely furnished. Big fenced in backyard, which our dogs loved. Parking/driveway close to back patio and back door to house.Safe neighborhood. Daniel was excellent to communicate with. We plan to book here on our next trip to NC in August.
