This peaceful retreat features a comfortable living area with smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen and full size washer and dryer. The master suite has a queen size bed and updated master bath. Bedroom 2 includes 1 twin/twin bunk bed, 1 queen size and 1 full size bed, With 2 great outdoor spaces you can relax and unwind after a day at the beach. Enjoy indoor and outdoor pools, tennis or racquetball. A perfect spot for a wonderful getaway with friends or family.Take a short walk to the beach, dining, and shops or ride down to the Ocean City Boardwalk. Enjoy Sundaes in the Park at Northside Park just a few blocks away! Aside from a spectacular fourth of July fireworks display, the park features live music and fireworks on Sunday's throughout the summer season.Fall in love with Ocean City and enjoy the magic it has to offer. Amenities:- indoor and outdoor pool- tennis court- 2 assigned parking spaces- washer and dryer- fully equipped kitchen- Private Courtyard- recently renovated and updated- WIFI and Smart TVA Linen & Towel Package is included for all rentals of 3 nights or more from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend only. The package includes linens for all the beds as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy. For rentals outside of that timeframe, guests can bring their own or we have a rental option upon request.All rentals also include a welcome kit which provides:1 roll of paper towels2 rolls of toilet paper2 trash bags3 bars of hand soap1 kitchen sponge1 dish soap3 laundry pods3 dishwasher podsA $3000 damage waiver is added to all bookings. My daughter’s birthday vacation!

The property was a perfect size for a group of a few! Everything was clean! An email containing all information was sent beforehand, that allowed for me to have access to being able to enter the home, wifi, and code to the pool. I definitely would recommend!
