We are less that 1 miles (6-10 mins) drive away from the NE/SE ends of Washington DC at the Hyattsville, Historic District. 0.4 miles (5 minutes drive) to FedEx field Stadium, 20 Minutes to University of Maryland College Park, 15 mins to NASA, 10 minutes to Six Flags America and to National Archives
Surrounding our classy abode are buses, Uber, shopping centers and Subways. The closest subways are Chervely and Addison Rd Metro stations.


ABOUT OUR Property
This is a newly renovated property with a huge yard approximately 1500 sqft, consisting of 3 bedrooms, One living room, fully furnished Kitchens and a bathroom.
The rooms are equipped with smart TVs and one workstation. Total of 3 smart Televisions with Cable TV and lots of entertainment apps you can sign up in into.

There is a laundry room with new washer and dryer. Enjoy our deep cleaned and sanitized bathrooms. We supply the bathroom basics. You need a Bidet, our bathrooms got them.
Parking is free but a maximum of four vehicles allowed. Two cars on the driveway and two or less around the property.


ABOUT THE NEIGHBORHOOD
This is an everyday working people and family neighborhood. The neighborhood population is diverse. The home is close to a school. Traffic is normal. Major street is 3-5 minutes walk away. Traffic noise doesn’t get to your quiet stay..
The neighborhood is safe and the home is spacious, immaculate and fenced. WIFI is available. There is adequate night lighting outside the property, a clean lawn and backyard garden. There fenced backyard is spacious and good for outdoors.
Host is accessible via the Vrbo app or through direct calls. We are prompt in communicating and respond timely to messages. Extremely late hours may be a delay but we always get back to guests.

There are groceries stores, restaurants and other shopping places around this location. Some are walking distances others are short driving distances. Food delivery services are available as well.
