The building was great but the specific condo was just okay. All furniture and appliances are outdated and clearly need replaced, many stains and very worn down. Chunks missing out of the stove, couch cushions were very thin, cracks in the shower walls. The balcony railings need welded, had very high winds one night and it sounded horrendous you could hear it inside with all the doors closed. Adding to the balcony, I would not trust small children out there with the rungs still being loose. Beach chairs were a nice bonus and the attendant was great. No extra garbage bags and only one roll of toilet paper for the week was definitely an inconvenience for the price of the week. Overall okay but will stay elsewhere next time.

Getting in the code did not work. Thankful an employee told us a code to get in. Check in.you go in and pay 52 or 53 on a computer to park and prong your parking pass. You are to park in the condo number. I do not remember seeing this. Walking into the condo you can smell dampness and we found out why later on. Condensation on the tile floor. The couches felt damp and our clothes were damp in the closets. We left the doors open and that helped. They have the air return in the laundry room without a louder doors and that makes the unit work harder. Kitchen minimal on pots and pans. If you plan to do a boil you will have to bring your own pot. If you have small kids bring plastic glasses because all they have was breakable. The floors were nasty! The tvs are small. Batteries in the remote in the bedroom was almost dead. Would I stay here again. Yes. There are just a few things that need attention. The cleaning lady was knocking at the door at 8am when checkout is at 9. One evening we had a tow warning on our vehicle even though we had our parking pass displayed.

The view is amazing! sleeping well was not, all three king beds were very uncomfortable. The pools were great, And the tiki bar has very good food and lots of goodies for my grandkids. There are also several good restaurants to walk to. We never drove to a restaurant. Also, a note about the bedding there was no fitted sheets on any of the beds. We had to call and request. There was only mattress pads which I thought was gross.

Beautiful place

The condo was very nice with excellent ocean views! The pictures online need to be updated as the living room furniture is different from pictures but it was comfortable—just no recliner! The management company was great to work with on the few issues we had—the maintenance people were very courteous and professional. We would definitely like to rent it again!

The View

My family and I stayed at this older 3-bedroom property but it worked for us. It needs some updates and a good general cleaning but you can't beat the VIEW! The view from every room is worth the price of admission. We watched the waves during the day and the city lights at night. My grandkids loved the wrap-around balcony and there was enough room to accommodate our group. This is a good space for family. It's close to attractions and restaurants. We really enjoyed our time there. I can see staying there again.

Wonderful!

This was our 3rd time at Panama City Beach, but our best yet! This condo was incredible! The pictures do not do it justice. It was very clean and neat. There was lots of room and the view is breathtaking. We will rent this exact condo again. You will not be disappointed with this one. The staff was nice and very helpful and the management company was great. They even answered a call on Sunday night when I expected to have to leave a message. Love this place!

Nice place. Clean? Meh

Nice location, beach access and unit layout. Wondering if the cleaning crew was on vacation as well. Floors were very dirty judging by the stained socks and dirty feet from walking around the unit. Several dishes were stacked in the cupboards with food still stuck on them. Doubt we'll be back.

Great location, needs some updates

Beautiful location, walk to restaurants and activities. Pool is great, short walk to beach. Beds need new mattress, made noises with every move. Very uncomfortable. Could have been better cleaned, drawers in bathrooms were not clean. Sand was on table in living room. Furniture needs to be replaced.
