LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! This 3-bedroom cottage in Lock Haven is perfect for your visit to Central Pennsylvania. Centrally located and easily accessible to many Pennsylvania Wilds attractions, this newly renovated Guest House offers all the conveniences of home. The home overlooks the West Branch of the Susquehanna River and is a short walk (5 mins/.5 mile) to local restaurants, shops and bars. The property has a large front porch -- perfect for morning coffee, afternoon happy hour, or listening to a concert on the floating stage. Enjoy your time in Lock Haven at our cozy cottage. Our guests will have access to the entire house.

This single-family home is a one-story home that can accommodate 6 guests. We offer a fully equipped kitchen, wifi, Roku tv, 3 bedrooms (2 queen beds and 1 full bed), custom tile shower, laundry facilities.

Outdoor recreational opportunities are easily accessible from the Guest House, including ATV Trails in the Sproul State Forest, hiking and biking trails, two (2 public golf courses, and water activities on the Susquehanna River, Pine Creek, Kettle Creek, and other waterways.

Local arts and entertainment include Millbrook Playhouse, The Station Gallery, Downtown Lock Haven, and the ROXY Theater, and summer concerts on Main Street, at the J. Doyle Corman Ampitheater & Floating Stage, and Triangle Park..

We had a great stay! Three of us were riding the PA Wilds motorcycle route, and this was the perfect house near the route. The house is great with a spectacular view of the river. I would definitely stay again!

Lovely cottage

Super cute and well decorated cottage with inviting touches. We couldn't have asked for a better location, great view of town and the river, and close to all the outdoor adventures we wanted. We had a wonderful stay!

Wonderful Getaway

We visited Loch Haven and this cozy house was fantastic. It was super spotless and peaceful--just what we were seeking. It is very convenient to town and the view across the river is gorgeous. The owner was very communicative and made check-in and check-out seamless. We would highly recommend this property and thank you, D!

So nice we stayed twice

This was our second visit to the cottage. We had beautiful weather and took full advantage of the front porch and view. Everything was again very clean. Deana has thought of many special touches that make you feel at home as soon as you arrive. Wonderful place to stay!

LHU Parents Weekend

Deana was a wonderful host! It was a last-minute booking to visit my daughter at LHU to celebrate her birthday. She reached out to me personally for an initial glitch with booking, offered me a discount for any troubles, added personal birthday decor to this already adorable cottage, and allowed for late checkout. It was cozy, clean, simple, and just perfect. She had all the things to make my daughter's cake too! My only regret was that I didn't book for a longer stay. We will be back and I look forward to sitting on the porch and enjoying the magnificent view!!!

The little things mean a lot!

"Fantastic" doesn't seem to cover it. Clean, welcoming, comfortable with the little extras that go a long way!! Will definitely be back and will recommend to others. THE VIEW! oh my... Day and night - is gorgeous. Wish we could have stayed longer.
