Great stay. The home was cozy, comfortable and clean. The house has all the things you need and plenty of space to keep luggage and ski gear that you bring. We enjoyed the entire house and the proximity to the slopes is ideal. My kids loved the game room and everything worked well.

Nice condo/great views. The ski-in/out access is best suited for experienced skiers/snowboarders. The Giant Steps lifts are within walking distance, but beginners may find the Navajo side more manageable (where the bunny hill and ski lessons are located). There is a free shuttle that stops directly outside the condo (by calling for pickup) that will take you directly to the Navajo side, the tubing hill, ice skating and other resort amenities and that worked for us. The shuttle service was convenient allowing everyone freedom to explore while avoiding the need to drive. The condo is well stocked with kitchen basics, and the KitchenAid appliances are a nice feature, however, the pots and pans show significant wear and would benefit from replacement, as would the coffee maker. During our stay, the ice maker was not working, and the grill was not usable due to a small propane leak. We also had a few other maintenance issues but property management did their best to resolve them. The beds were comfortable, and the linens and throw blankets were cozy. Toward the end of our stay, noise from the upstairs unit was very noticeable and was not ideal during nap time. The hot tub was functional, but best suited for two people & stargazing. Tips : Free ski/snowboard lessons offered through the Brian Head website are worth it so sign up in advance! There is also a small sledding hill & park nearby which gave us hours of free fun! Thunder Mountain Snowmobile tours are also fantastic!
