After renting many different homes and condos in the area, we loved the unique features of the Black Diamond Condos. While one of the newest in Brian Head, they are extremely convenient for accessing the slopes and surrounding areas.

Policies
Cancellation policy
- 100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- 50% refund of amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in.
Damage and incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

No pets are allowed, there will be fines of $250 and additional cleaning fees for any pets reported by HOA.
No overnight additional guests not on rental contract, 2 cars maximum at condo, extra cars subject to towing if not using city approved lots
