Whitewater/Rice Lake is waiting for you at this marvelous 3-bedroom house. Kettle Moraine State Park, Whitewater Beach, and walking trails including John Muir mountain biking trails & the Ice Age trails, are all close by. Winter Wonderland beauty is great for cross-country skiing and Alpine Valley is a short ride for concerts or downhill skiing.

A great place to stay while visiting your kids at UW-Whitewater being only 10 minutes from campus.

Summer is here and we only have a few weekends left - so book now.

Modern & updated home with comfortable beds for a good night's sleep. There is an open kitchen/living room, a family room, and a separate laundry room. Includes central air and natural gas furnace to make your stay comfortable no matter the weather. One bedroom is set up with a desk for those who need to work remotely.

You can spend the day in the heart of Kettle Moraine with full amenities to come home to. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your vacation, holiday or get-a-way one to remember.

Fiber optic wifi will be installed for great internet access and streaming capabilities in early August.

Wonderful in every way

Such a lovely home with all the comforts of home and much more. We enjoyed it so much that we didn't want to leave. It was extremely comfortable and cozy but also clean and gorgeous. Highly recommend this place!!

Growing up in the area, we like sharing the beauty of the lakes area as well as all the great things to do including hiking, biking, skiing, walking trails, short trips to Lake Geneva, and is easy to get to Milwaukee & Madison. Many great supper clubs for Fish Fry's and cocktails and many great top-rated golf courses.

Why they chose this property

I grew up here and have always loved being so close to 2 lakes and having great neighbors. Tons to do but can relax as well. The town of Whitewater is only 10-15 minutes away and has a top-rated college in UW-Whitewater.

What makes this property unique

It's a modern home with modern amenities and is uniquely located near everything. The other homes in the area tend to be more like an older "lake cabin" which is fine but typically have older heaters or window units with older electrical service.
