Located in the heart of Estrie region directly on the shores of Magog Lake and specially designed for lovers of relaxation, boating, skiing, golfing and/or snowmobiling.



Panoramic view of the lake and the sunrise with its magnificent colors. There is a private dock where you can moor your motorboat. Two kayaks and life jackets for adults are available, as well as a kayak and paddle board for children. A spa, an outdoor fireplace, a hammock, a BBQ and an area for eating outside are also at your disposal.



The chalet has a full bathroom, a powder room, a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, high-speed wifi, a ROKU smart television, indoor fireplace, washer/dryer, bedding and shower towels. It can accommodate up to 8 people maximum (approximately 4 parking spaces) and it is composed of two bedrooms:

It was a beautiful, cozy property with lots to do. Our family enjoyed our stay. We had both kids and elderly folk. Everything was on one floor and those who couldn’t make it to the water were able to watch the rest of us have fun on the kayaks. Lots of room for evening games and dinner on the balcony. There was also a nice trail nearby to take the dogs for a longer walk. Magog is a beautiful place to be.

The host was very attentive and helped when we had issues around heat due to a breaker issue. The chalet has a lot of beds which is great and everything you would need to cook and relax. Only used the hot tub once as the door to the patio was iced closed and I had to finally walk around through the snow banks to clear the door track so it would open. The

Beautiful and relaxing

The cabin was clean, comfort and had everything we needed. Upon arrival the door code didn't work but the owner responded immediately and we were provided with a key for our stay.

What a view!

This place is just the right size, was so clean and had all the things we needed to enjoy our 3 night stay without having to order out. The view and large windows that showcase it are spectacular. The space was great for a family. All one floor and spacious. Not cluttered with anything unnecessary. The communication and directions from the host were great. I will definitely be coming back.

We are a couple of professionals with a 6 year-old daughter. We had a terrible experience. We booked this place especially because it had a jacuzzi by the water. We were over-worked and needed to relax and we expressly paid for this experience. Just before we showed up, we saw a message saying the jacuzzi was not working because of a breaker issue. We contacted the renter who told us this was happening regularly (!) but told us that he was working on it and that if it did not work we could be compensated. He told us he would call us the next day. Being on our way there with our 6 year-old and having no other option, we went. I won't get into the details but not only was it not fixed but the renter never called us or made any offer to compensate. Instead, we were disturbed by workers coming to cut grass (with a tractor-like mower and hand held electric cutter) the next day. When we contacted the renter, he simply texted that he could not reach the company but that it was a mistake. He never actually called us. Someone did come to fix the jacuzzi... the morning we were leaving. Again, without calling us. So when my husband was trying to relax on our last morning, this worker showed up and knocked telling us he needed to plug equipment into the house. When I texted renter he asked me if the worker found the problem. Not only did he not offer to compensate, when we reminded him of it, he threatened us with pretending we had not taken care of the place.

L'évaluation de Sibel ne reflète pas adéquatement le déroulement des événements • Le chalet a été inspecté et nettoyé le matin même de son arrivée • À 11 h 25, elle a été avisée que le spa présentait un problème technique. Un rendez-vous avec un technicien était déjà confirmé pour le lundi matin • J'ai réussi à faire déplacer un technicien la journée même. Une pièce devait être commandée • Il est donc inexact d'affirmer qu'elle a été avisée à la dernière minute. Lors de son appel à 18 h 55, elle était informée de la situation depuis plus de 7 h 30 • Il est également faux de prétendre que ce problème survenait souvent. En de 4 ans avec plusieurs spas, aucun ne s'était brisé avant cet événement • Nous avons été en communication tout au long du séjour et je me suis même déplacé au chalet. • Le sous-traitant de pelouse à reçu un rappel des consignes. Cela a duré environ 10 minutes pour 3 chalets voisins selon un client voisin • La table de patio récente a été endommagée durant le séjour sans que nous en soyons avisés • Plusieurs communications reçues étaient agressives, dégradantes et peu propices à la recherche d'une solution, ce qui a compliqué la recherche de solution satisfaisante Malgré cela, Sibel a profité de l'intégralité de leur séjour, ont quitté après l'heure maximale du règlement, ont réclamé le remboursement complet du séjour ainsi qu'une compensation additionnelle de 1 000 $ Pour ma part, je suis demeuré courtois, disponible et orienté vers la recherche de solution

Decent Stay in a Great Location

The lakefront views are gorgeous . The location is fantastic and convenient to most parts of Sherbrooke. The porch was lovely, despite the furniture partially covered with bird droppings.The house is clean and inviting. The number of sleeping accommodations is impressive for a 2 bedroom. One of the bedroom doors doesn’t close. The hot tub didn’t work our last night. The response asked me to reset it without instructions, then basically left me to deal with it on my own. He didn’t know anything about operating the hot tub, and it was too late for a professional to come.The cupboards are practically bare. Be prepared to purchase or bring anything beyond basic spices, olive oil, and basalmic vinegar. Despite having multiple coffee makers, there was no coffee anywhere. Not even sugar. The bathroom has a grab bar in the shower. It is well stocked a shampoo/body wash dispenser, extra linens and towels, etc. The laundry machines were easy to use. Be Careful of slippery floor.The house is on a plot with two other houses, so consider your comfort with occasional privacy interruptions. The property is clearly for vacation rentals and runs as such. There are a number of long automated messages with short, slowish responses and often unhelpful responses to actual questions.

Hi Thyannda, Thank you for your message. We received your note about the hot tub at 10:00 PM, which unfortunately was outside of our service hours, making it impossible for us to take action that night. Your departure was scheduled for the following morning at 11:00 AM. After inspection, our technician confirmed that the hot tub needed a full reset due to all buttons being pressed simultaneously—something that requires a professional to resolve. Regarding coffee, we clearly state in our communications that coffee is not provided. We also specify the type of coffee machine available on-site, and a container for sugar is located next to one of the machines. As for the property layout, we provide aerial drone images showing all three rental units, each with their own dedicated parking spaces and amenities. Based on this, we were surprised to hear that this was unclear. Lastly, the kitchen is fully equipped with tableware and utensils for 12 guests. Thank you again for your stay. Best regards, Guillaume

Très belle vacance. Le lieu est très propre et la communication est excellente avec Guillaume. C'est un endroit idéal pour aller en famille. Le chalet à côté est également au même propriétaire. Plusieurs familles peuvent se réunir et profiter de la plage et des embarquements près des quaies qui sont tout près. Le lac est tellement beau et plaisant.Si vous n'êtes pas en vacance avec les voisins, il manque un peu de privé lorsqu'on est assis sur le balcon ou dans le spa. Mise à part ça, tout est parfait!Merci beaucoup pour ce magnifique chalet!
