Guests are allowed in all parts of the home except the garage. Access to the laundry room is allowed for guests who stay 3 nights or longer. Door code is needed to enter garage door to access the laundry room.

The Neighborhood:
A quaint neighborhood. This duplex is located near the front entrance of neighborhood. Possible noise from cars passing.

Getting Around:
The Blue Cottage is located conveniently near the entrance of the neighborhood.

Other Things to Note:
Laundry room is available for guests stay 3+ night stay or longer.

Property has stairs leading up to the front door and within the home to get to the main level and lower level.

Please keep all cars to the driveway. If street parking is needed park directly in front of the home facing the stop sign.

Great House, Great Location

Couldn't have asked for a better stay. Owner is awesome and easy to communicate with. Property is clean, decorated beautifully, nice back porch. Huge kitchen, nice sized bedrooms and comfy beds. Owner provides all kind of extras (shower items, kitchen items, etc) and provides access to laundry for extended stays. We highly recommend!

Cute duplex

The property is actually a duplex but fixed up inside like a cottage. Super cute decor and was perfect for three college friends to hang out and visit the cute town of Parkville. We will definitely be back!
