The Parkville Nook

Looking for the perfect place to spend the holidays?

The Nook is a newly renovated, single family home in downtown Parkville. The Nook offers a spacious floor plan, 2 private decks, and a large backyard. It is the perfect place for a couples get away or family vacation.

We offer high speed internet, a full kitchen, washer and dryer and a fire pit! The TV is equipped with an Amazon fire-stick.

We love hosting and offering the perfect get away location! Parkville is the best small town with all of the big city amenities! The Nook is 15 minutes from the Kansas City Airport and just 20 minutes from downtown Kansas City.

The Nook was absolutely perfect for our trip ‘home.’ It was right where we needed to be. We moved from Parkville 8 years ago so it was good to be back in familiar surroundings. Heather was great with our last minute request for accommodations. We will certainly be staying at The Nook again if it’s available.

We had a wonderful Easter Weekend in the Nook for a mini family reunion. It was private but also close enough to everything we had planned to do while in KC. 10/10 recommend!

We stayed at this property as we were in town to attend a wedding at Hawthorne House, just .9 of a mile away. It was exactly as it is listed and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Great stay!

We really enjoyed the stay and the house was perfect for our little boy to run around safely! We greatly appreciated how quick the responses we got were on questions we had and definitely recommend this property to anyone needing a place in the area
