Your home away from home in Singer Island with 2 large bedrooms - one with a king bed and the other with 2 full beds and both with substantial walk-in closets. This spacious condo is located right on the beach and features Ocean and Intercoastal water views. Enjoy a full resort experience featuring tennis, pickleball, shuffle board, pool and hot tub. Exercise room, off street parking and beach access complete the picture. Access to private decks from each bedroom as well as a large wrap around deck. Central AC, heating and a full kitchen add to your enjoyment. 4 months to one year lease min. Subject to background check and condo board approval. Allow at least 45 days for this process prior to check in.
