THE SPACE:

Welcome to our newly built townhome in the heart of Seaside Park! Step out your front door and find yourself on the bustling main strip, filled with shopping, dining, and more. Step out the back door, and you're just one block away from the stunning Jersey Shore beaches.

Inside, you'll discover a beautifully crafted townhome by a renowned local builder. The ground floor features the main entrance and a two-car garage. Ascend to the main floor, where you'll find an open-concept living space that includes an eat-in kitchen, dining area, and living room, as well as a bedroom with a queen bed and a full bathroom. A sliding door leads to the back deck, offering outdoor seating and a grill area.

The top floor boasts three additional bedrooms and two full bathrooms, one of which is en-suite to the primary bedroom. This floor also includes a balcony with a view of the town.

GUEST ACCESS:

Guests will have access to the entire townhouse including the back deck and two car garage.

EASY WAYS TO GET AROUND:

Seaside Park is quite walkable for daily needs and leisure, especially to nearby eateries and the beach. However, having a car is helpful for broader travel. Public transportation options include NJ Transit bus services (Route 137) with direct routes to Seaside Heights/Seaside Park during the summer. For train access, NJ Transit runs to Bay Head, NJ, which is the closest station; from there, local transportation can bring you to Seaside Park.

Location was great for us as we only go to Island Beach. House was clean and as advertised. For guests like us who want to cook, about $150 of additional kitchen tools would be greatly appreciated. For example, aluminum foil and cling wrap, a salad spinner, some wooden spoons, a larger cutting board. Lots of stairs, so guests with mobility problems might struggle. Overall we had a great stay, so this is constructive criticism only. Thanks!
