We were very happy with this rental. Steve (the owner) was extremely helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had. The house was clean and right at the beach! There was plenty of room for our entire family. We would not hesitate to rent this house again.

This was the third time our group of friends has had our annual reunion at Steve's beautiful house. As always, the house was perfect. Steve is a kind and responsive host, the house is comfortable and clean and in a great location - just steps from the beach! Can't wait for next year!!!

We had a fantastic time. We loved the house. So close to the beach and the layout of the house made it easy for all of us to hang out together. Steve was a wonderful host. We highly recommend this rental.

We had the most amazing stay! Our host, Steve, communicated with us beginning well before our visit,He even took the time to notify us, during our stay, of a rescheduled fireworks display that we would have missed had he not messaged. He definitely went above and beyond to keep us informed. The house was roomy, clean (you would never know it’s pet-friendly), well stocked, and it is in the perfect location to the beach, restaurants and activities. We can’t wait to stay again next year!

The house and property were very clean. The description of the area and beach access are as described. Steve (host) was easy to communicate with and very informative. Our whole family enjoyed our stay and the dogs had lots of exercise at the beach.

This is a beautiful home in a perfect location with the beach steps away. We rented this house for Christmas week while we were moving out of state and it was wonderful! The house is bright, clean has everything you need and plenty of room and beds! The owner checked in on us and was attentive to the weather and our needs during our stay. Great house!
