Want to get away to the New Jersey Beaches? A great location at the Southern end of Point Pleasant Beach just one block north of Bay Head.

With the Beach & Atlantic Ocean only 100 feet away, only one house and a sand dune stand between you and the white sandy New Jersey beaches.

Nearby, enjoy great shopping and specialty food shops, leisure activities, terrific restaurants, theme parks (Great Adventure), or just put your feet up and hang out.

Additionally, take a leisure stroll along Jenkinson's Boardwalk nearby or along East Avenue in Bay Head.

The house is located between Delaware and Maryland Avenue in PPB. The site map says Harvard but it is actually Maryland Ave where beach tag access is during the summer season to the lifeguarded beach.

Easy access to major highways such as the Garden State Parkway, I-195, Rt 88, RT 35 and Rt 70.

If interested, the Bay Head train station is a short distance away - take it to NYC for the day and be back in the evening.

Why Steve K. chose Point Pleasant Beach

1904 Beacon Lane is at the far southern end of Point Pleasant Beach just a block north of Bay Head, NJ. Enjoy walks or biking along Bay Head's East Avenue, frequent the Bay Head shops around Bridge Avenue, or head a short distance north to Point Pleasant Beach's stores, restaurants and boardwalk.

Terrific location for the beach, ocean and all beach-type activities, or just plain relaxing.

Great set up and location for family gatherings, celebrations, special occasions, or a vacation at the beach. At the quieter end of town, but close enough to what Point Pleasant Beach has to offer - the shops, restaurants, clubs, fishing, boardwalk rides, arcades, and mini-golf.

You can lounge at the beach or head to the outlets off the Garden State Parkway (15 minutes) or to the Jackson's outlets (30 minutes) - the same exit off of I-195 for Great Adventure.

The North Jersey Coast line is minutes away so you can take a train to NYC for the day.

Perfect house for family reunion

The house was very spacious! Easily handled a large group. The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were comfortable, great view of the water from the living area, and easy walk to the beach. The house was very clean and looked just like the pictures. Steve, the owner, made check-in very easy and gave us a lot of very useful information on the house and the area. Highly recommend.

Beautiful house, Amazing Location and Great Host!

We loved our weekend at the beach! The house fit our group perfectly, with amble parking for 6 cars and more than enough beds. We had everything we needed to cook big meals together and easily had access to the beach. We also were able to easily get Ubers for anywhere that wasn't walkable and that we didn't want to drive. The host was extremely easy to work with throughout and made sure we had all the information we needed and enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay again. Great for families or large groups!

Perfect home and location for family fun!

Our family enjoyed Thanksgiving dinner in a wonderful home environment with the luxury of being on vacation. The home is well-kept, bright, and spacious. We walked to the boardwalk, via the beach rather than the sidewalk. Especially liked having a convenience store and restaurants in walking distance.

Great beach house for a family reunion and celebration

A wonderful place to enjoy the beach with plenty of room for big/multiple families. Very comfortable and spacious. Owner is very accessible and accommodating. Great beach! Enjoyed by all. We're hope to enjoy future reunions here.

The Jenkinson's Boardwalk is a short walk, bike ride, or car ride away. Enjoy the Thursday night summer-time fireworks from your deck or the beach outback. .

The beach and ocean are right out your door. Either enjoy the beach directly or sit on your ocean-facing deck and enjoy the breeze and whatever your favorite beverage might be.

Shopping and fine restaurants are only a short distance away. Restaurants of all types can be found in the Point Pleasant Beach, Bay Head, Brielle, and Brick areas. The famous Asbury Park is just a few minutes north.

Historic Bay Head and Mantoloking are just south of this rental property.

Great Adventure (30 min) and various outlets (15 min) are just a short distance away by car.

Either walk or bike the picturesque East Avenue in Bay Head just to the south of the property.

All holiday weekends will be three night minimums in 2018.
For Non-peak weekly and monthly rentals, a 25% payment is due at the time of booking with the balance due 15 days prior to check in. For these rentals, no refunds of deposits (full or partial) are provided if booking is cancelled within 45 days of the check in date. If bookings need to be altered in any manner within the 45-day check in window please discuss the particular circumstances with property owner.
For Peak Season rentals (including week and monthly) the cancellation period is 90 days prior to check in. If bookings need to be altered in any manner within the 90-day check in Peak Season check-in window please discuss the particular circumstances with property owner.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
