This enchanting property features 1 Queen bed in the master bedroom, A Bunk bed in the second bedroom, a cozy living room with an additional Queen sofa Bed That pulls out, and a bathroom with a shower and hairdryer. Guests can take advantage of amenities like WiFi, AC, and a washing machine. Enjoy your time in Kissimmee at our welcoming cottage. The cottage was just totally renovated. Everything is brand new it is also Walking distance to dozens of restaurantes grocery store Aldi, in many other shops within walking distance, This location/community is very safe and quiet.

I chose this neighborhood because it is safe It is a great community good people around, and I love the ponds in the back of the cottage, the palm trees in front of the cottage in the space in the back very spacious and very quiet and very safe.

What makes this property unique

my property Because it is the only one in the park that is all brand new or renovated brand new and I think that my taste was pretty nice and I hope everyone enjoys what I chose for my Cottage and I hope they take great care of it as well and I enjoy the pond in the back. It’s spacious in the back, beautiful pond, and the waterfall in the back, quiet and beautiful to sit out there have a cuppa coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. It’s just amazing. I will be adding a deck in the near future that will give a lot of pleasure for the families to cook out there. Sit out there and enjoy the beautiful pond and the fountain in the center of the pond
