Good location

Firstly, everything we needed was there and worked fine. Yes the property is getting a little old, but that goes for many Florida Villas. Plenty wildlife to see around the lake, we even had a deer appear out of the woods one day. We didn't encounter any problems during our stay.

Nice home but needed some repairs

The house was great a great location and the kids loved the pool. The beds were not great though. The mattresses were not comfortable and my wife and i would wake up sore. Also the fans could not all be turned on due to the blades being out of balance. If you plan on cooking at the house there are few dishes to cook with and only 2 detergents for the dish washer that has to be used.

Well equiped house

Location was excellent. House was big with nice pool. The kitchen was big and was one of the best equipped kitchens I've ever rented. 1 TV only in living room. (Bedrooms no TV).Rooms in front of the house get a little warm at nighttime but owner had a fan in the garage .hat we could use to make room little cooler. Big dining place. Excellent communication with owner. Will rent this property again.

had a problem with the patio door which was eventually solved could do with a couple of light bulbs replacing but otherwise the villa was lovely sun on the swimming pool all day ive been to florida 14 times and i can honestly say its been one of the best villa's ive stayed in thank you dave and alison

Convenient location, safe neighborhood

Absolutely loved the view from the pool area. To sit and watch the grandkids play in the pool and then look over them to the pond was so relaxing. Only a few minutes to Medieval Times or Capones Dinner Theatre (or Walmart for groceries) was so nice. Not a bad distance from Universal Studios either. It could use a few updates, I’m not a fan of carpeting but I will most definitely check this place first for my next vacation in Kissimmee. The owner so very easy to reach and always answered my questions promptly. He provided all the information needed prior to our leaving Ohio for this trip. I look forward to going again.

Spring Break with the Family

Good location and neighborhood. Layout of the house worked well for us but bedrooms fell short of expectations by not having any chest of drawers or dressers. We had to live out of our suitcases. Everything else was good

Filthiest home we have ever seen.

Less than 24 hours into our stay, we requested a full cancellation and to be moved. To start, the exterior of the home is covered in dirt. The entryway was scuffed and the walls were covered in marks, fingerprints, splatters of random spills and the hallway vent had what appeared to be mold coming out from the sides. The kitchen had ant traps scattered around the counters because, as we came to find out, the home was infested. The toaster had ants crawling out from the inside. The refrigerator wouldn’t close properly. And the pantry smelled rotten. As we looked at the ceilings, more mold appeared to be coming from the vents and cobwebs and dirt was hanging from every ceiling fan and light fixture. The corners of the rooms had buildup of dirt and the carpets felt moist. After only a single evening, my childrens socks were black from walking the property. The worst parts of the home were the bathrooms. The master bathroom was literally unusable because of the deep stench of urine coming from the small room where the toilet is kept. There was mold around the shower stall and the shower handle itself was pure green from buildup. The secondary bathroom was no better and also infested with ants (as we found out after leaving an item in there that was then covered in ants after a few hours). The morning following checkin, I attempted to ask for a refund from the owner and send photographs. He refused to help in any way. I then contacted VRBO, sent dozens of photos and a video of the details provided in this review. They helped to place us in another setting for the duration of the stay and this property is now in review.

Pros and Cons

Pris: In general we enjoyed our stay. Everything worked and we went to nuit the pool in a place where our pets were allowed. Ty location was good. We did not go to Disney but it’s close if you wanted to. There was plenty of shopping and dining nearby. Cons: the decor is quite outdated. Probably last redone in the 90’s. There was carpet too which worried me that it was filthy. Being very dark green you couldn’t tell, but it had to be very old carpet. Things cold be kept cleaner if they had used Tile in the whole house. The worst thing was the mattresses. I found the so uncomfortable and thy hurt my back (I tried lying on the all hoping one was comfortable). After two nights I thought I’d have to go to a walk-in clinic. Fortunately I have a tens unit and had it with me. I used it most of the third day. After that I slept on the sofa which was so much better than any of the mattresses. Think for young kids the twin bed mattresses would be fine but they really aren’t acceptable for a lot of adults.

I would rent again.

Except for a few small issues our stay was great. If you stay here do not leave and candy or sweets on the kitchen counter or you will have an invasion of small ants. We had a power failure but the neighbor came over and fixed it. The water in the pool got too hot for comfort on the second day. The toilet seat bilt is broken in the master bath.

Evacuation

We had to evacuate due to Hurricane Ida. The house was very spacious and it had 4 bedrooms. 2 car garage and a private pool. Very near all attractions in the area.

Spacious, clean, and functional

When booking this property, my family and I were looking for a peaceful place to spend some days with sun. We got just that! This house is well equipped for a relaxing vacations. The pool and the fact that every member of the family had a private room made our time here a 5 stars experience. The only small issue was that the pool screen was little damage but Michael heard us and it was repaired just before we left. I would also add more details in the instructions of how the trash needs to be handled. Overall, I would recommend this property without hesitation!

When I arrived place had not been cleaned. Call emergency number there was nothing they could do.

The house was cleaned the next day. We slept in truck first night. Was promised some money back never received it. By the way don't reach out to owner, he will quickly let you know. I don't have anything to do with that. I have pictures, just haven't had the chance to reach out to BBB.

Lovely lakeside plot, overlooking a lake and conservation area. Villa has an extended, south facing pool deck in a residential area, close to all the major attractions in the Kissimmee area.
