Pecan Belle is a thoughtfully restored 1950s home in East Nashville, full of character, warmth, and space to settle in. With curated vintage details, multiple living areas, and a peaceful backyard with a creek and fire pit, it’s an easy place to slow down, gather, and feel at home. Just 10–15 minutes from Downtown/Broadway and moments from Riverside Village dining and coffee.

You’ll have the entire main house to yourselves, with full privacy inside the home and exclusive use of the backyard. The lower level of the property is a completely separate residence with its own private entrance. There are no shared indoor living spaces.

Perfect place for family vacation!

Pecan Belle was perfect for my family's Thanksgiving stay. The kitchen had everything we needed to make a holiday meal, and having Kroger nearby for groceries and firewood was handy. The cozy living room was great for coffee and board games, and the house’s vintage style added a unique character. The big backyard with tall trees and a firepit was great for relaxing one afternoon. The location was great. We took nice walks in the historic neighborhood, tried some of the nearby restaurants, and it was just a quick 15 minute drive to downtown. Pecan Bell was more than we even hoped for. It is everything you see in the pictures and more. It is definitely quite and charming. The decor is amazing in the home is spotless! The next time my family of 6 goes to Nashville, we will definitely reach out to our host and book Pecan Belle. Speaking Of our host Laura, she went above and beyond.
