Pecan Belle is a warm, character-filled 1950s cottage made for unwinding, gathering, and feeling at home. Enjoy curated vintage details, slow mornings on the porch, evenings by the fire pit, and a peaceful backyard with its namesake pecan tree and creek. Just 10–15 minutes from Nashville’s top attractions and moments from Riverside Village’s beloved dining and drinks.

You’ll have the entire main house and backyard to yourself. The lower level is a separate private residence with its own entrance, and there are no shared indoor living spaces.

As soon as I walked in I was thinking “Where can I buy one”! This house is so beautiful and in a great location. When I go back to Nashville I will definitely try to book with them again. It’s in east Nashville so it’s close to great bars and just a short drive or a uber ride to everything.

We (2 adults) were so impressed with the online listing and even more blown away by the actual property. Quiet, private neighborhood; cute cafe/breakfast spot close enough to walk to (.5 miles). Perfect place for family vacation!

Pecan Belle was perfect for my family's Thanksgiving stay. The kitchen had everything we needed to make a holiday meal, and having Kroger nearby for groceries and firewood was handy. The cozy living room was great for coffee and board games, and the house’s vintage style added a unique character. The big backyard with tall trees and a firepit was great for relaxing one afternoon. The location was great. We took nice walks in the historic neighborhood, tried some of the nearby restaurants, and it was just a quick 15 minute drive to downtown. Thank you, Laura, for sharing your lovely home!

Pecan Bell was more than we even hoped for. It is everything you see in the pictures and more. It is definitely quite and charming. The decor is amazing in the home is spotless! The next time my family of 6 goes to Nashville, we will definitely reach out to our host and book Pecan Belle. Speaking Of our host Laura, she went above and beyond.
