This cottage was ultra clean and beautifully decorated having that small town look and feel. The hostess (Anne) took good care of us and we highly recommend to VRBO nation!

Wonderful stay!

The property is in a safe neighborhood location is perfect!! House was very clean. We enjoyed are stay very much. So close and easy access to Nashville . Explored the waterfalls in Sparta too. Ann is a awesome host! Would definitely book again.

It was a beautiful home. Cozy. The host had little post it notes all over the house with helpful information. It was very clean and had just about everything we needed. Very close to shopping and not far from the downtown Nashville area. I would highly recommend this home and would definitely book it again if I were going to return to the area

Pleasant and comfortable house with space

Had a lovely stay here with some friends. Good amount of space, lovely outdoor space as well with plenty of little birds visiting the garden.Good sized 3 bedrooms, with a 4th bed available as a sofa bed. Easy access to town (about 15 minutes from the centre). Would recommend staying here for the space!

Cute cottage, very clean!

Our family of four stayed in this cute cottage while our son participated in a travel baseball tournament. The place was very clean and the kitchen was very well equipped. Beds were comfortable. It was a great place to relax and hang out between games that week. Nothing notable close by, but everywhere we went was 15-20 minutes away. Very quiet neighborhood; you can hear the planes from the airport nearby, but it never bothered us or kept us awake at night. Highly recommend!

Perfect Nashville Getaway spot!!

This vacation home is in a quiet little neighborhood just outside of Nashville with easy access to downtown in a matter of minutes. Perfect location with 1 road that gets you in and out of Nashville really easy. Plenty of amenities in the area within minutes. Easy to get to Opryland Mall and convention center. The house was very neat and well decorated. We had everything we needed. Liked the big towels!!. Driveway was big and accommodated all 4 of the vehicles we had there. that was great. All rooms inside were cozy and perfect size for what we needed. Ann was great to work with and was very accessible. I liked the idea that we could text if there were questions. Id stay here again if we ever need to be in the Nashville area again. House is priced very well too. Thanks Ann! Great little house.

We had a great extended stay at this property for a school trip. I would 100% stay here again! The host is very kind and communicative. The house is so cute and super clean. The location and neighborhood were absolutely perfect. Lots to do around the immediate area.

Great Location and Everything you'd need to a Stay in Nashville

This property has a lot of charm. More than even the pictures show. Very clean and manged. Ann our host was easy to communicate with and very friendly. The location was our favorite part as it is near the airport, 15 minutes to downtown, less than 10 to the Opryland area. Thank you Ann

Wonderful!!

This was a wonderful place to stay!! Truly felt like a home away from home!! Close to a lot of the things we wanted to do while in Tennessee!! Only thing is it is close to the airport and can hear planes landing and taking off all day and night.

Clean and comfy!

This cute house was very clean and fully stocked. The beautiful backyard was large, and it was pleasant to eat on the patio table. The owner was very helpful and quick to respond to all of our questions. Everything around the house was clearly marked to make things easy to find.

Can’t say enough. Was amazing. The house was so nice and super clean. The communication was above expectations. There was notes everywhere in the hose to give clear direction where everything was. The book of things to do in the kitchen rocked!!!!! Would go back in a heartbeat!!

Very comfy and felt right at “home”

Great experience! Ann was a great communicator and made us feel very much at home. In a residential area but no one on top of you. Love the gentle hills and the neighborhood!

Nashville Trip

We enjoyed our stay at Ann’s property. It was well represented in the VRBO description. We especially enjoyed the serene back yard. The beds were extra comfy and the house was very clean. Ann was easy to work with and responsive to all questions we had during our stay.

Nashville trip

We were looking for a home base for a family trip to Nashville. House was comfortable and location was great. Nice neighborhood. Easy to get to various parts of Nashville, and then provided a quiet place to go back to. Owner was in communication prior to arrival, and was easily accessible throughout the stay.
