Fantastic holiday at this beautiful apartment so many plus points .Fantastic view ,private and very large balcony with sunbeds and dining area,beautiful decor throughout,safe and friendly gated complex,quiet pool with sunbeds ,great location for walking the coastline ,within walking distance of shops and restaurants.we will definately return .10/10

Wonderful, high quality apartment

We have just returned from staying in this wonderful property. Amazing views, high quality furnishings with every thing (crockery, utensils etc) provided you could wish for. Had the pool to ourselves most days (shared it with a maximum of 5 one day though!!). Having visited this part of Tenerife before on a number of occasions, this apartment was by far the highest quality we have stayed in. A joy!

lovely apartment, clean, well furnished, all mod cons etc large balcony with nice view several bars and restaurants within walking distance mercadonna supermarket 5 - 10 mins drive only 20 mins from Las Americas/Los Christianos ideal if you want peace, quiet and lots of sunshine suit families, middle aged and elderly car recommended

Lovely apartment on small & quiet complex - ideally situated for golf

The apartment was very light & spacious, with a large balcony overlooking the pool area & Marina. We enjoyed breakfast there every morning. The apartment had everything we needed & the addition of a washing machine was a great bonus - less washing to do when we got home!! There is a small supermarket 100 yards away & new restaurant close by which over looks the golf course. We will definitely be back next year.

Wonderful

The apartment was stunning and the pool amazing too. Everything you need for a lovely rest. The only issue was there’s no air conditioning or fans so it was boiling hot all the time so we had to keep the windows and doors open day and night. Lovely area and plane noise wasn’t an issue. Was building work outside which was noisy but obviously not the owners fault. We would definitely book again.

It's the first time in 14 years we stayed in such a spacious place that we couldn't fine each other the first couple of days.What a great view to the sea and Teide. Beautiful! We could only hear the sea and the wind blowing. Huge terrasse with sun up to sun down. Loved all the 800 channel on tv from the hole world. Immaculately clean apartment. Thank you Nick and Sue for letting us rent it. We where very satisfied.

Third visit to RMG

this is the second time time we have stayed in this apartment, which , having stayed in one other is probably one of the best in the complex , with remodelled kitchen and bathrooms and stylishly decorated. The weather was in the mid 20's, and sunny, although there was an unseasonable stiff breeze for much of the time. The only downside was that Amarilla Golf is undergoing a much needed rejuvenation with several developments under way, with one nearby. Although close it did not overly bother or intrude on our enjoyment, in fact it was quite entertaining watching how large machinery is operated, before we returned to the pool view tranquillity.. We will definitely return.

FABULOUS

We've been renting apartments around the Med and Canaries for over 40 years and this is definitely right at the top The apartment is huge, modern, well appointed/decorated with a large double width south facing balcony. It was spotlessly clean with quality bedding and towels. It's rare to find a property so well equipped. The amazing view of the harbour and sea is even better than in the photo's. Stepping onto the balcony is a wow moment. The apartment is one of the best positioned in a very small and well maintained complex. We loved the pool which isn't over chlorinated like some.The area has an upmarket feel with low rise apartments and houses positioned around the greens of a golf course.There are several good quality restaurants an bars within a 5 minute stroll plus a modern and well stocked supermarket. Far more restaurants are with a 20 minute stroll which cater for all tastes.We hired a car but didn't need to. Everything we wanted was on the doorstep. I'm sure I've missed a few things but the title says it all; 'FABULOUS'. Thank you Nick and Sue.

Amazing view, fantastic apartment.

The view from this apartment is amazing, we stayed here for 2 weeks with our 3 children. The booking was very straightforward with prompt replays from Nick and Sue. The apartment is furnished to a very high standard, there is a new corner sofa in the lounge. The kitchen is well equipped and included some plastic plates and cups which is great with a 5 year old! The underground parking was great. We had the pool to ourselves most days, you can swim in the pol and see the sea at the same time. There are plenty of restaurants within a 5 minute walk, we hired a car and toured the island. The apartment is a 10 minute drive from the airport, Los Cristianos and Las Americas are about 15 drive with lots of places to eat. We went to Siam water park and the Siam Mall which is worth a visit. We would defiantly recommend a stay in this apartment. Thankyou Nick and Sue for sharing your wonderful apartment, the view from the balcony will stay with us for a long time.

Excellent Apartment - Excellent host.

This is an excellent apartment in a very secure environment, under build allocated car parking and a gated & locked gardens. The pool area has sun beds and is also locked only available to residents. The terrace affords a sunny aspect all day, it is wide and and very private , good size table and chairs plus 2 sun loungers. The living room is very comfortable, great tv with a comprehensive SKY package if that’s what you like. The WiFi is good quality. Kitchen is huge, big fridge freezer, hob and good fan oven. Nothing you need. The main bedroom has a comfortable bed and good pillows. Unfortunately on our first trip to Tenerife we managed only 2 days before the Spanish government imposed a full lockdown on the country. Nick was a great support during this difficult time and quick to respond, as circumstances changed in Spain. This is a superb apartment in a wonderful spot, close enough to most things but far enough away to be quiet and relaxing. Nick & Sue are a credit to HomeAway , thank you.

If you like chill-out time - book today!

The short: great views of the ocean and harbour, quiet and spacious - if you are looking for a lovely place to relax in Tenerife, don't think twice, book today. The Long: we visited as a family of four. A clean, well-presented fully-furnished apartment in a quiet location with plenty of amenities not far away. Los Cristianos/Playa de las Americas 15 mins away by car. Wonderful views of the ocean and pool from the large balcony, and views of Mount Teide from the second bedroom/kitchen. Large pool. During our stay (Aug 23) there were never more than 8 people in or around it, in fact the whole complex (around 50 apartments) only around 10 where occupied making for a very peaceful break. Fully kitted-out kitchen, comfy double beds, fast internet with a big TV with full streaming entertainment. A lift from the underground carpark (where you can park a hire car) direct to the apartments front door. Note: when you arrive, park outside in the street, you'll find the key-fob to the electric garage door inside the apartment - we couldn't figure out how to get in to the carpark when we arrived late at night!). The only slight issue is it's 5 minutes from the airport so there are frequent planes passing over, but if you are anything like us, found it great watching them fly over, and then forgot they were there after a few hours. Great communication from the owner Nick. We would certainly consider booking again if we were to have another holiday in Tenerife.

Spacious Home from Home Apartment with excellent views

We stayed at this apartment for two weeks in August 18. The complex is located relatively close to the airport so there are no long journeys following your flight - we hired a car which made life so easy for us and our son 7. Nick had sent us the key to the gated complex and the key to the apartment was in the key safe. The apartment was excellent. It was very spacious with modern decor and furniture with lots of homely touches. The Kitchen was very well equipped and had everything you needed, even down to lunch box's and ice packs to use on a picnic. There is free wifi which our son was very pleased about, and sky TV with a large number of channels to choose from. There is a washing machine which was really handy, in fact we took far too much with us as we were able to wash and dry our laundry. There is a huge balcony with stunning views of the harbour and the private pool. The balcony is well furnished with large table and chairs and two sun loungers so you don't have to move if you really don't want to. The pool area is very clean and well kept. It did not get too busy apart from a couple of days where people had put towel out the night before. There are a few restaurants in the resort itself - the Italian, which is a few hundred yards away is great and does take away pizza which are amazing. There is a fabulous pancake cafe on the sea front which is very popular. As we had a car we visited other resorts such as Los Abrigos, Los Christiarnos, and Playa de Las Americas, which are all worth a visit. There are also supermarkets such as Lidil and Iceland and Hyperdino within a short drive. My son was pleased also find a McDonalds!! We visited Siam water park and Loro Park which were both exciting days out. Christine, who services the apartments was friendly and very helpful. One of the toilet seats broke and she sorted out a replacement quickly and efficiently. She was also flexible with the check out time as we had a late flight. We had an amazing holiday here and we will definitely like to return in the future if we get the opportunity. Thank you .

Dank Nick’s entgegenkommen konnten wir wegen der Covid-Situation um ein Jahr verschieben - vielen Dank nochmals. Stets gut und schnelle Kommunikation, reibungsloser Check-in mit Christine, gut eingerichteten Wohnung (auch die Küche), gute Betten und ein atemberaubender Ausblick auf “Marina” und Ozean. Lovely Apartment

We enjoyed our stay at Royal Marina Golf. It is a fairly new apartment complex and in very good condition with a beautiful outlook. Our apartment was furnished to a high standard with a comfortable bed and everything we needed. The view from the sunny balcony is very tranquil and a lovely place to have breakfast. Amarilla Golf is a quiet area geared to golfing holidays. A 10 minute walk will take you to the start of golf del sur where there is a bigger selection of bars and restaurants. We had a lovely week here and enjoyed peace and quiet along with the sun.🌞

Perfect balcony

Have had a fabulous time in this ideally located apartment. The spacious balcony is just wonderful- gets sun all day and has beautiful views of the marina. Pool and sun beds all fab and grounds are so well maintained...there is always someone working on something. Short walk to restaurants and bars but always taxis ready outside the apartments if you wanted to go further afield. Supermarket a 2 minute walk away. Communication with owner was always quick and easy. Switched oven on one day and it blew all the electricity. Quick phone call to owner and property manager was there within 5 minutes....electricity got sorted and got a brand new oven the next day! Can’t ask for better service than that. We don’t tend to return to the same place twice but think we might make an exception with this apartment.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in diesem Appartement. Auf der einen Seite einen wunderbaren Blick auf Hafen und Meer, auf der anderen Seite den Blick auf den Teide. Einfach großartig! Die Kommunikation mit Nick war prima. Christine hat uns herzlich empfangen.

Happy holiday

Lovely apartment,had everything you need(except air-con in bedroom).Christine who met us at the apartment was very helpful,The balcony at the apartment was great,it had the sun all day,and had lovely views of the marina and pool.I would highly recommend the apartment,and hope to return next year
