This beautiful apartment is furnished to a high standard. It is located in the elegant del Duque area of Costa Adeje, near Torviscas, South Tenerife, which is known for its upmarket restaurants and shops. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, can sleep 6. Each of the 3 bedrooms has fitted wardrobes and a ceiling fan, and each can sleep 2. The terrace is very pleasant, with sun all afternoon, and marvelous sea views. The lounge is tastefully furnished with a leather sofa, TV, with satellite dish (English channels), DVD, dining area. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with oven, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher, boiler, coffee machine, scale, etc. Washing machine and ironing facilities. Each bathroom has a bath with shower and bidet. This is a wonderful apartment for a pleasant, relaxing and high quality vacation in the Del Duque area of Tenerife. The pool is heated all year round, with free access to sunbeds and umbrellas. Covered garage space available.


SURROUNDINGS: Playa del Duque is a stylish and cosmopolitan resort situated south of Tenerife. The beach of Playa del Duque is less than 10 minutes walk from the complex and on the way you will pass numerous shopping centers and restaurants (Spanish, Thai, Italian, Chinese). The nearby Fanabe centre is closed to traffic and its pedestrianised walks are alive with open air restaurants and bars. To the west is the small fishing village of La Caleta, which has a handful of bars and some excellent fish restaurants, which creates a traditional and peaceful atmosphere. To the east is the resort of Playa de las Americas with its many bars, restaurants, 'English' pubs and nightlife. This can be reached in a few minutes by car but a better way to approach it is to take a stroll along the lovely Geranium walk, a flower bedecked promanade stretches all the way to the port of Los Cristianos. There are 5 golf courses within 30 minutes drive the nearest being the 18 hole course at Golf Costa Adeje.

Departures should not take place after 10AM in order to unable to clean the apartment. However, if there is no arrival until later in the day or the following day, departure can take place at any time on request.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this well presented apartment. The location is perfect with just a short walk to local amenities and the beach. The host has equipped the apartment to the highest standard and it literally has everything. A great base to explore this wonderful area.

Our host Nathalie was very welcoming and helpful. The kitchen is well equipped and the apartment was perfect gor our family of 5. The photos dont do it justice. There are views of the mountain and the sea. The sun sits on the balcony in the afternoons. The communal pool area is lovely, always a sunbed space. The building is situated up a hill and there are lots of steps to the apartment, which was no issue for us, but perhaps more tricky if you are elderly or have any mobility issues. Theres a 24hr mini mart shop by the block and an allocated parking space. We had a fabulous stay.

Beautiful apartment ideal for our family of 4 there is plenty of space within the 3 bedroom property. It is furnished to a high quality. The pool is really nice. The provided parking spot is great. Every possible thing you need is available in the kitchen. Yes it is uphill but worth it for the view from the terrace. Well located near the best beachs. Only 20 minutes from the airport, a few minutes to the motorway and public transport a 5 minute walk away Highly recommended we wouldn't hesitate to book again

Well equipped spacious apartment, in a very well maintained complex.The communal pool area is great. Can walk to everything you need, and was absolutely fine for us, however it is a bit uphill on the way back which less mobile people may find a bit challenging.Nathalie was very helpful with check-in, and I felt comfortable I could contact her anytime during our stay. Beds and furniture v comfortable, however the balcony could do with a sun lounger or a comfy chair for relaxing on, to compliment the dining table and chairs.

Autumn holiday

The apartment is very much as stated on the site. It is part of a beautiful residential complex which is very well maintained and accordingly very quiet. One of the upsides of the property is that it has access to a lovely swimming pool. Downside of the apartment was that it is up a very steep hill and we found ourselves either using a taxi or car to go anywhere.

Very well equipped apartment. Lovely area. Comfortable beds and fans in each bedroom. Brand new en suite is beautiful! Nathalie was super helpful and went above and beyond to get something back to the UK that we accidentally left behind. Great size apartment for a family. Supermarket and corner shop within 5 mins walk. Beach and bars around 15-20mins down hill slow walk with kids. We took a taxi back from Fanabe and it was €4/5 euros and about 3mins drive.

Absolutely Fantastic!

Just returned from a week's stay in this fabulous apartment. It really is a home from home, very stylish and comfortable and so spacious. The pool is great and the kids (age 5) loved every minute as it was not deep. A car really is not necessary as it's a 5 minute stroll down to the restaurants so the location is perfect. Daniel, your hospitality is second to none and we thank you once again. It was lovely to meet your wife and daughter Nathalie also. We look forward to another great week later this year or early next. See you then!

Fantastic apartment - thoroughly recommend it

This is the first time our family stayed at this complex and it will not be the last. We have two young children aged 5 and 3 and wanted a safe, pleasant environment with good amenities and a nice swimming area. This delivered that and more. The apartment was furnished to a high standard, the common areas were very well maintained, the swimming pool was great and very well used by us and Nathalie provided great support both before our holiday and whilst we were there. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby and the beaches are within 10 minute walk albeit that walk is downhill!!!! Wifi was good as well and you could get the UK terrestrial channels on the TV.

We'll Be Back

This was our second trip to this beautiful apartment and will definitely not be our last - we have already booked for November! The accommodation is spacious, clean & very well maintained with a fully equipped kitchen & good dining/living areas - a complete home from home experience. The pool is very peaceful with plenty of sunbeds and gets the sun all day - the heated pool is an added bonus. There is really no need to venture out of the Terrazas del duque but if you do there are plenty of restaurants/shops & bars within walking distance. A short taxi trip will take you to the lovely seafood restaurants at La Caleta. Daniel & Nathalie are very friendly & make you feel very welcome and we look forward to seeing them again soon. Would have no hesitation in recommending this to family & friends.

Comms with Nathalie were good and she met us to check in.The apartment is nicely furnished with plenty of kitchen equipment if you plan to cook.Great TV and furniture.Comfortable beds and good showers with enough hot water.It is all as descibed, though there were a few items that need attention - sofa broken in lounge, toilet flush broken in second bathroom.Mostly it is a very nice place.Suggested improvements - the wifi doesn't extend to the main bedroom, which is annoying. Also, it would be really nice to have a couple of loungers on the balcony ratrher than only chairs.Something that only happended once - look out for the upstairs neighbour watering their balcony plants. The water poured down the outside walls onto our balcony table and floor - there was lots of it !

Encounter a few problems

Overall it's a nice apartment. How ever it is up a large hill. A few things upset us. We were there for 2 weeks and requested clean sheets and towels we were told this will cost 50€. There is a washing machine but we weren't sure the sheets would dry in time. Also I reported that the electric cable on the iron was dangerous and couldn't be used. I was told that a new one would be purchased but it never turned up. The apartment needs a bit of TLC.

Our family of 6 had a wonderful holiday in this extremely spacious property. Situated on the first floor in a clean, quiet and modern apartment block. The pool area was never busy, clean and had the sun throughout the day. The apartment had all you needed for a holiday, was clean and maintained and felt like a home away from home. We loved the large balcony which had sea and mountain views. No air con however rooms had ceiling fans which were more than sufficient in our October stay. Nathalie met us at the property and gave us all the information we needed. There was a well informed information pack and we thought the welcome pack was a really nice touch and appreciated after a long early morning travel. The property is approx 10 minute walk to del duque beach and 25 minute walk to Fanabe beach with its drop of bars and restaurants, where we spent most of our evenings. The walk back is up a slight hill, which was fine for us however it’s easy to get a taxi from taxi ranks or to flag down which cost approx €5. They take card payment. The area was lovely, had a lively atmosphere without being rowdy, and was clean. Our family age range was Grandparents to young teens and we all enjoyed it and will be back.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub.Das Apartment liegt sehr ruhig in El Duque.Wir waren zu viert, aber auch für 6 Personen ist esperfekt. Drei Doppelschlafzimmer mit Balkonzugang.Es gibt eine sehr gepfelgte Poolanlage.Die Gastgeberin Nathalie ist sehr freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar.Sehr gute Restaurants gibt es in Fanabe, erreicht man zu Fuß in 20 Minuten.Zurück mit dem Taxi für 4 Personen 5,00 ist bequem.Wir kommen wieder.Es war rundum ein toller Urlaub.Liebe Grüße Martina
