Excellent place to stay!

This place is a amazing. Such a fully stocked kitchen. Having two beach chairs daily made the trip even more amazing. Rooms were clean. All in all it’s one cozy place to stay. HIGHLY recommend!!

Amazing Grace

We stayed to escape the hurricane in central Florida and work. We have a business in Panama City Beach right down the road and was very close to everything. Everything you need for home away from home. Clean, comfortable beds, beautiful balcony view of the ocean. Amazing host went the extra mile!

Excellent accommodations

Absolutely beautiful condo. The views from the balcony are breathtaking. Exceptionally clean and well stocked. Access to everything is easy. Very friendly locals. If you can’t find something for everyone to do you’re not looking. The owner was very friendly and accommodating.

Another great week in PCB!

The room is great, very nicely decorated and has most everything one will need for a week on vacation. The facility had some elevator challenges while we were there but those are supposed to be resolved a few weeks after we left so all should be good going forward. The Beach Service chairs were really great.

Loved every minute!!

My husband and I planned a super last minute getaway and let me tell you this place was amazing! Michelle was so quick to respond and give all detailed information about the condo immediately! She is so great at attention to detail and made the process so easy! Our condo was immaculate! Everything was so clean and tidy! I felt at home instantly! The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need and she even had portable fans available(which we need to be able to sleep) The view was picture perfect and such a great location! I’m already ready to book another trip!!

Enjoyable

I couldn't figure out coffee machine, called Michelle and she told me how worked. Dummy me the switch off on plug in wall. Loved the beachy feel of condo. Only thing couldn't get TV in second bedroom remote not work but I pushed buttons on tv to work. Carpets need cleaning but other than that great place clean and would stay again.

Needed Beach Time

We had a great time at Sterling Reef. It was not too busy for a fall break. The property was clean. There was plenty of parking. Yes, parking might be a little snug but it was not bad. No issues at all. Wait times for the elevators was not too bad most of the time. I could see where it would be longer during the summer since there are only two elevators, but it was not bad this week. Our unit, #1605 was great. Everything was as advertised and we had no issues at all. We will definitely consider Sterling Reef in the future.

Panama City Beach at Sterling Reef

The condo was nice and the person we rented from was nice and quick to respond to any issues. Location was great and parking was very good and secure. The only issue was the very nasty odor of marijuana that blew into our room almost every day from neighboring units. It was REALLY STRONG. The arty we rented from made several calls and we talked to security as well. It came from a couple of different units that were supposed to be vacant. Per security it may be different staff that have access to units who may be letting in people or they themselves to smoke their weed. They never caught anyone which was frustrating. It seems like a simple fix to have accesses recorded in a database or have security check all vacant units randomly. That issue would have to be fixed before I would ever consider staying at Sterling Teef again.

Amazing views

The property was super clean and had amazing views of the white sand beaches and turquoise Bay waters. Check in was easy, we had access to everything in Panama City beach, and the owner was very responsive on the one need we had. Excellent experience.

Amazing stay!!

This condo was by far the best thing i have ever stayed in with my family. It was clean and in the perfect location. My kids loved it. The owner was very fast to respond and was very friendly. 10/10 would recommend and i will be staying here again.
