***Parking: March 1, 2025***Sterling Reef guests will register their vehicle(s) through the registration system, GuestSVCS, prior to arrival. A license plate reader will be located at the entrance of the parking garage that will read the plates of the incoming vehicles and raise the gate arm for the registered vehicle(s). Once you have booked the condo I will get the above information along with your email address and input into the system, at that time GuestSVCS will send you a link where you will complete your vehicle(s) registration and pay for parking directly through the service. Should you have any changes before your arrival, you will be able to update your information using the link provided.
Parking cost: $50 per vehicle *2 vehicle max

*Arm bands which are provided are required to be worn at all times on the property
*No Pets allowed
*Renter must be 25 years of age or older and must be staying in unit during the reserved dates
*This is a NON-SMOKING unit. Smoking is not allowed int he unit, on the balcony, or in any common areas. Smoking is permitted in the disignated area only, located on Sky Terrace Level 3

*This is a self catering property but we do provide starter items for our guests: 2 rools toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll paper towels, several garbage bags, travel size shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, dishwasher soap, dishwashing liquid, small laundry liquid, hand soap. We also keep several spices, oils, salt & pepper for our guest to use.
*Parking: Parking spaces are not dedicated. No boats or trailers are allowed. Garage height limitation is 7 feet.
