The cabin was very clean and comfortable. The host, Amy, was very communicative and helpful. Parking was fantastic as we have a boat and was a great parking area. We will stay again when traveling that way.

The secondary requirements of the host (those above and beyond VRBO's requirements) were excessive and demanding (a secondary site to verify my identity and my partner's in multiple ways, requesting the names of our children, putting a credit card on file, etc.) They said this was because we used my partner's credit card for the booking instead of mine. We've never run into this problem from a Vrbo host before, including the other three Vrbo hosts we booked with on this road trip alone. It made us wonder who typically stays in these cabins--why such a worry? The cabin itself was very bare bones, one of a few cabins in a trailer park. It felt safe enough, but given its distance from town and the amount of back-and-forth with the host around "security," we were glad this was a short, one-night stay (we were in and out within 12 hours).

Location is less than desirable. House is as described and shown in pictures, but due to layout of house, location of couch to TV was awkward and no one could go in or leave one bedroom if footrests were up on couch. Good for one night stay passing through.

Very impressed with the rental house we stayed at. It was a very quiet neighborhood and Lakeside is a sweet place to spend time. We had everything we needed at the house plus good weather. Thank you.

Lakeside House

The house was exactly as shown in the pictures. It was very comfortable. Had a bit of a problem with ants but this is not entirely unexpected in sandy areas. I have lived in the North Bend area in the past and experienced ant problems in that home as well. The house was only 15 minutes from my competition location and hiking areas just down the road. Home owner was very responsive to my questions and messages. Enjoyed my stay. Thank you Amy.

Quad riding trip

This property was nicely remodeled, has nice finishes. For someone 6' tall like me, I would have enjoyed the couch to be taller off the ground, was difficult to get up from it. Very quiet neighborhood.
