This apartment is the ideal base for enjoying all that Atlanta has to offer!

Note: Pets Allowed (Extended Stays Only):
Well behaved cats and dogs with non-refundable deposit ($250 per pet per stay for 30 day stays) Note PET FEE $200 per pet per month. Maximum 2 pets allowed. Pls keep animals off furniture and pick up after your dog in the backyard. Bags are provided.

We have 40 units with generally the same floor plan but the decor for each unit differs. Included in the images are a few different alternatives to the decor and vibe of the units.

Weekend in ATL

The actual apartment was extremely clean and well kept. It’s the property that I found off putting. There was a weird smell in the lobby, a mixture of curry and wet paint that never went away. Also, there were no amenities such as extra towels or a blow dryer etc like I’ve had at other locations. I will say, the location is PRIME, within walking distance to Lennox Square and department stores. The property Manager is extremely courteous and responsive to all messages. The only thing that makes me not want to book here again is that overwhelming smell in the lobby. .
