This house had everything we could have needed for our stay. Fully stocked kitchen with pots/pans/dishes. The outdoor space even had plenty of pool floats and toys. It was super clean. The host was very responsive and friendly. We loved our stay and would definitely stay again.

Bowling trip

We enjoyed the stay for our bowling tournament. The beds were comfortable loved the pool but unfortunately with weather did not get in on the 4th. Overall good location, quiet neighborhood centrally located with lots of great food.

The pool was the highlight of our stay! While the house itself was adequate there was nothing about the premises that boarded on luxuries . In my opinion it needs to be updated / freshened up .? My guests and I left disappointed!

Bowling trip and vacation

The house was very clean. The property owners were very responsive and friendly. We mainly used the heated hot tub and it was very relaxing. I would definitely recommend it to anyone

Receiving my first message from our gracious host, Kelsey, I knew we had booked the perfect VRBO for our family of six! Check in was flawless, and the locally made snacks provided were a thoughtful welcome as we entered the beautiful home. The kitchen had everything we needed including a waffle station and a Keurig coffee maker with a variety of K cups. The pantry was nice to have, too, and kept our groceries and snacks well organized during our stay. The gas grill was easy to use and cooked delicious cheeseburgers. We splashed and stayed cool in the inviting pool during each hot Louisiana day, enjoyed the heated hot tub each evening, then slept very comfortably each night. Each question messaged to Kelsey was answered in minutes and a helpful message was received the day before about checkout procedures. We looked forward to our visit to Baton Rouge for weeks and look forward to returning to Kokomo Oasis again!
