This property was perfect for our stay/ Universal trip. It was so close to the parks, grocery, and delicious local restaurants. The property was nice and had wonderful amenities. We couldn’t couldn’t get the tv to work, but owner was very quick to respond. Only other negative was that we were woken up multiple times the first night by other guests despite quiet hours. Affordability was great and I’d stay again.

The host was excellent in communication. Very personable and prompt in his communique. The location is ideal for Universal, Disney, and Conferences (OCCC is .75-1.25 away depending on which center you are going to for a conference).The pool is close, clean, and ample lounge chairs.There are a number of restaurants available within .25-.75 miles and easily walked if one desires (Beth’s Burgers!).The condo is very spacious with everything one needs.

This is our second time staying at Vista Cay Resorts. It was perfect for our trip to all the Universal parks. 5 min drive to Epic and about 12min drive to the other two Universal parks and about 20 mins from Disney/ Disney springs area. Plenty of food and shopping options close by as well. This specific unit was clean and the perfect size for our family of 6 (4 teenagers). It is a 3rd floor apartment but that wasn’t an issue for us. This gated community is quiet and well maintained. We will definitely plan to stay here again for future Orlando trips.

The photos for this property don't do it justice! It is so spacious and beautifully decorated. The master bedroom, living room, and separate dining room are all stunning and so much space to spread out. You could have a dance party in the living room lol. The location is incredible for going to the Universal theme parks, less than 10 minutes drive especially to Epic. I cannot say enough good things about this gorgeous apartment! Comfortable beds as well. We had an amazing stay, Vista Cay is a perfect resort close to the parks with a beautiful pool area also. Restaurants and convenient shopping nearby like Walgreens, Publix, etc. We will definitely stay again in future! Thank you to the wonderful hosts with this beautiful property.

We had a good stay at this property. Great location very close to Epic Universe. A few things that were odd: no flat sheet on any of the beds or a dresser in the master bedroom. There were no lamps in main living space and furniture was small given the large area and couch was not in the best shape. Rounding up to 8/10 for responsive host and nice pool/bar area.

The condo itself could use a little love but overall it was very clean and comfortable. Much larger than anticipated! The host was very responsive and Checkin/checkout was easy. The resort itself was meticulously maintained and the amenities were wonderful. The pool and splash pad areas were great and close by. There is a nice walking trail around the lake as well. Plenty to do in a close area. Would deffinitely stay here again!
