It features a two-car garage, 1 acre property with private and wooded backyard. Located within 10 mins of the Monroe Executive airport, 15 mins of Union Hospital and plenty of dining and restaurants nearby. Visit the charming and bustling down-towns of Monroe or Waxhaw for a local experience or play 18 rounds of golf at the nearby Stonebridge Golf course. The place is spacious and nicely kept. Some wear and tear but over all it’s a place you can rest and enjoy. The location was perfect.
