Bring your large group to enjoy a private retreat on acreage with the privacy of a gated entrance. We have a spacious HOUSE & BARNDOMINIUM about 80 yards apart that sleeps up to 40 in 13BRs combined! (Add Garage Suite that sleeps 10 more for EXTRA CHARGE & sleep a total of 50! See details below.) Enjoy a stunning view from our screened-in porch & activities that includes a pickleball court.

Situated 23 min from KCI, 7 min to Liberty, 25 min to Chiefs/Royals stadiums, & 30 min to downtown KC.

GARAGE SUITE:
Our new garage suite sleeps 10 more for EXTRA CHARGE. Pictures and amenities can be seen in extra photos. The space is NOT included in on the listing price or bed count. It is 1,150 sqft studio space with kitchenette, 1 full bath, and 6 twinXL + 2 full size beds. New space cost: $250 per night more + $150 cleaning fee. Please inquire if you would like to rent with your booking.

HOUSE DESCRIPTION:
This 5-bed, 3-bath house sleeps 15 max. It features a huge 1000 sq ft living room with an 86" smart LG TV. The master suite has an attached bath with a shower and jacuzzi tub. Amenities include a screened-in front porch, a back patio with a propane grill. Access is via a gated entrance with a unique 4-digit code. Parking is available in front of the garage or along the drive.
BR 1: King bed, 32" smart TV, attached full bath (jacuzzi), walk-in closet. Sleeps 2.
BR 2: Queen bed, 32" smart TV. Sleeps 2.
BR 3: 3 full beds, 32" smart TV. Sleeps 6.

BARNDO DESCRIPTION:
The entire barndo sleeps 25 max with 8 bedrooms (including the loft studio suite), 4 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, and 2 living areas. The main level has a large gathering space (approx. 850 sq ft) with a kitchen, dining area, and a 70" smart Vizio TV. The laundry is in the loft studio suite's bath. The main living room connects to 4 BRs/2 baths on the north side and 3 BRs on the south side. The loft has an upper deck with stairs to the fenced backyard. Access is via a gated entrance with a unique 4-digit code. Plenty of parking on the North, West, & South sides.

This was our Christmas getaway with our family. We had about 25 of us. We loved loved having the spaciness! We had kitchen space to make our meals.. each family makes a meal for the rest. Great for large family

Our family of 24 stayed here to celebrate our mom’s birthday. It was just perfect. Everyone had their own bed. The house and Barndo had everything we needed. The pickleball court is a great addition!! Owner is great to work with.

Took a group of about 30 college students and our leadership team here for a three-day, beginning-of-the-year orientation and retreat. We had a wonderful time, and our host was very timely with responses, helpful with all questions, and even came by to help try to fix something for us and lend us a hose. The space was perfect for our team; plenty of room for everyone to sleep, cook, run our training sessions, and spend lots of time outside together both day and night. We’d definitely recommend this space for families or other large groups!

An extended family celebration

Our far flung family spent a wonderful early Christmas together for the first time in a very long time. And for the first time ever we all had a bed for our heads after a day full of family hugs, laughs and games. Every single thing about this property was perfect for our very large group. Multiple kitchens, gathering spaces, outdoor area, proximity to airport and more. Cannot imagine a better place for a large family gathering. The host was absolutely lovely and helpful. Highly recommend!!!

We lived and raised our kids on our property for about 7 years. Some of the main features we loved about it was it's outdoor space it provided on acreage to do activities outside and the privacy we had with a gated entrance. Watching the sunrise with a cup of coffee from our screened-in front porch was our favorite. It brings us joy now to see others enjoy the things we enjoyed for years.
