Located just a block off of Cherokee Street, this beautiful newly built home is within steps of cafes, taco joints, shops and bars. You'll love the open floor plan on the main level with high ceilings and three large bedrooms upstairs. Perfect for families or friends traveling together.

The space
This home is a brand new build completed in June 2022. Although it's new, this home fits right in with the surrounding century homes. The main level boasts an open floor plan with tall ceilings, a huge kitchen with large center island and everything you'll need to cook great meals at home, a convenient main floor laundry room with dedicated workspace and powder room.

Upstairs, you'll find a large primary bedroom with king sized bed, en-suite bathroom with double sinks and large walk-in closet. The second bedroom includes three single beds and tons of closet space. The third bedroom includes a queen sized bed and another dedicated office space. Rounding out the upstairs is another full bathroom. Both the primary and third bedroom are roomy enough for an additional rollaway single bed and/or crib if needed.

Spacious and convenient, great for families

The house was a great size for our family (4 adults one child) and there was easily room for a few more guests. The house is beautiful, clean, fresh, and new inside. The kitchen and bathrooms have everything yuu could possibly need and the bedrooms were very spacious. Garage access was such a great bonus. Communication with the host was excellent, we couldn't have asked for better response time. We'd happily stay again, everything was perfect.

More than we expected

We did expect a nice place and a great time in this place, but we were delighted to see that the house was great, to say the least. So clean! So spacious! So comfortable! The house had everything we needed, even seasoning for our food. If we ever came back to St. Louis, we would certainly check the availability of this house again.We just had a wonderful time at this place!

Home to a large Latinx community, Cherokee Street a culturally diverse, vibrant, up and coming area in St. Louis.

What makes this property unique

We spend about 1 week per month in this home while we visit my bonus sons who live in St. Louis. We aren't in the market to make a quick buck. This home was designed with guests and our family in mind. You'll notice a kitchen full of everything you need to make meals at home, amenities for families traveling with small children, and a neighborhood that supports adults having fun too. We love this place, and we hope you will too!
