Welcome to your Pool Paradise in the heart of Temecula Wine Country! This charming vacation home is a wine lover's dream, located just minutes away from the region's renowned wineries. Relax and unwind in this beautifully appointed property that offers a private pool for a refreshing dip on warm California days or a jacuzzi to relax. Sip your favorite local wines while soaking up the sun on the spacious patio, or take a leisurely stroll to nearby wineries for tastings and vineyard tours.

WARNING:
Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am. Outside string lights will turn off at 10:00pm. No Exceptions! NO parties/events/outside noise after 10pm as this is a quiet family neighborhood. We need to keep quiet hours for our neighbors. Inside volume also has to be lower due to loud music/loud yelling may also be a disturbance/nuisance to neighbors if the noise projects outside. There are noise monitors which is required by the county to alert us of loud noise during quiet hours inside/outside. Anyone not respecting quiet hours will be reported. NOISE VIOLATIONS will result in the guest being asked to LEAVE THE PROPERTY WITHOUT REFUND.

SPA HEATING
The spa heating is FREE and included with your booking for 3 hours per day. It's operated remotely by the owner, please send a message with at least 4 hours notice with the timeframe you'd like the spa heated as it takes a little over an hour to heat to desired temperature.

For those traveling with little ones, we supply a play pen you can set up and put away, along with a portable high chair.

The TV's have Roku streaming so you'll need to login to your favorite apps since there is no local cable.

Enjoy easy access to Menifee shopping, dining, and entertainment near Interstate 215 freeway. You will be 10 minutes from wine country, 15 minutes from Old Town Temecula, and 1 hour 10 minutes from San Diego.

We can accommodate small pets (hypoallergenic preferred) that are house trained for a fee of $100.

We do have a security camera in the front driveway, the door bell, side yards, and out back patio. They are not monitored and are only there for safety purposes in the event of an accident or violation.
While we strive to ensure our guests have a wonderful and comfortable stay, unexpected issues may occasionally arise, such as malfunctions with pool equipment, household, and household amenities, or neighborhood power outages. Please rest assured that we will do our very best to address and resolve any issues as quickly as possible and if possible; as such occurrences are out of our control.
Note on Items Left Behind
It is the guest’s responsibility to ensure all personal belongings are taken upon checkout. If you leave something behind, please contact hosts promptly through the booking platform. We’ll do our best to assist, but please note:
    •    A handling and/or shipping fee may apply for returning items, especially if it requires significant time or effort.
    •    Pickup may be arranged if there are no incoming guests and plans are made in advance.
    •    Items will only be held for 3 days. After this period, unclaimed belongings will be discarded. Hosts are not obligated to store items beyond this timeframe.
    •    Please note: hosts operate remotely, so there may be a delay in locating and shipping items.
To avoid any inconvenience, we strongly recommend double-checking the space before departing.
