Note: We have 4 cameras on the OUTSIDE of the property. All cameras are capable of audio and video. Recording activated on motion. 1) Arlo is above the garage 2) Arlo is on the back patio 3) Arlo is on the front patio 4) Arlo is on side of garage. No recording devices are located anywhere inside.

We have one noise decibel monitor in the home. It assesses sound levels and their duration but does NOT record any audio. It is a MINUT noise decibel monitor.

No offsite parking is permissible. There is plenty of parking in the driveway and adjacent gravel area. Guests will NOT have access to garage.
