This property exceeded expectations! The owner and staff were very communicative, the condo was warm and charming with everything we needed for a family of four. Incredibly clean and well maintained. Snorkeling out front was great and there are a couple great places to walk to for food (Memos Tacos was delicious). 5 plus stars.

Fantastic experience. Tracy’s condo is beautiful, immaculate, and in a great location. The newly renovated kitchen is top notch. We had 3 delicious dinners cooked for us in the condo by Sandra’s Kitchen. Highly recommend. Elida kept the place spotless and furnished with clean towels and dishes. We snorkelled every day with the excellent provided equipment. Stunning reef fish, rays, and shells every day. Nearby restaurants were very good. Can’t say enough good things about this place. Our family of 6 plans to return. Highly recommend!

All you wish for

Tracey, the owner, and Salu the property manager pinged us regularly to make sure we had everything we need. Saul even gave us hisrecommendations of his favorite restaurants. Best VRBO experience we have had!

Amazing property!

Fun spot to stay!

We stayed here with our 3 young kids..and it was perfect for what we needed. The kids could play in the pool everyday and they loved running around spotting iguanas and looking in the tidepools on the beach. It always felt safe and clean. We had access the the beach just beyond the pool and the sunsets were beautiful. The snorkeling right there from shore was great! The kitchen was well equipped, the kids also loved the games and cards and I was happy they even had snorkeling reef guides. Ely, the cleaner, came every day to clean and water plants so it was extra comfortable. Driving into town to more shops and restaurants was about 17 minutes. Would stay there again.

Loved it. Thoughtful and responsive owner

Spacious rooms, well planned layout so every unit has indoor and outdoor views of the ocean. Welcome basket was perfect with light snacks on arrival. Location is away from city yet easy to flag down a taxi to go anywhere we wanted, even for a group of 6. Beach and grounds picked up every day, daily inside cleaning was a treat!

Beautiful condo!

The pictures don’t do the condo justice! It’s beautiful, modern and very comfy. We really appreciated the use of snorkel equipment, being able to wash our clothes, the Tortugas pier next door for food and swimming, and the easy communication with the property manager, Saul. I’d highly recommend this property, there were only 3 of us, but you could easily fit 4 adults and 3 kids. Would be a fun place for a 2 family trip. Definitely recommend renting a car to get places.

Great location

Overall, this was a perfect spot for me and my family! We loved having the beach footsteps away and also loved having access to the pier at Tortugas next door where we were conveniently picked up for two separate trips (scuba, el Cielo tour). Definitely recommend if you have kids like we do!

Paradise does exist

Our family of 5 loved our time here. The owners are fabulous, helpful, responsive and a great team of hosts. The condo is in excellent condition, well kept and very nicely decorated with many accommodation's. The location is close to town, yet felt very private. The beach and snorkeling were excellent. I highly recommend scuba diving from Luis at the Money Bar. We rented a jeep and drove the island. Very safe and loved Coconuts bar along the east coast. But bring cash. We hope to come back next year and really enjoyed the people and experience. Thank you Tracey and team! We made memories to last a lifetime!

Great condo

Enjoyed our week in Cozumel at Paradise Condominiums. The condo was well stocked and the daily maid service was great. Enjoyed using the snorkeling gear provided and snorkeling off the beach each day!

Beautiful property, excellent location. Well-stocked kitchen. They even have snorkels in the laundry room. The maid did a wonderful job. The owner and property manager were very helpful and attentive.

Wonderful stay!

Tracy and Saul were wonderful communicators. The property was as described. Unfortunately, it rained much of the time we were there but had a great time. Will definitely stay here again and highly recommend to others!

Beautiful Spot!!!

What a wonderful little piece of paradise!!! My family of 7 spent 4 wonderful nights here - it was not too far from town and the beach in front of the condo is beautiful! Snorkeling was great right at our own beach too! Thank you to Anis and Stella for thinking of all the little things that we would have wanted at the condo! We had a great stay!

Great condo, great location

This is a really nice, spacious and well appointed condo. It is in a small condo community with a nice beach and pool. The condo fit our family of 5 very well (more space than we needed) and met all of our needs. The condo location is south of the main city, San Miguel de Cozumel, and provides close access to the city if needed, but is away from the hustle and bustle. There is a dock at the property next door which we were able to use to have our dive boat pick us up for several great dives. Highly recommended!

Welcome to beautiful Cozumel. Wayne and I are from the Chicagoland area and visit many destinations each year to get away from the cold! We are avid SCUBA divers and enjoy underwater photography. Cozumel is our very favorite Caribbean diving destination!

Wayne and I rented this condo annually for several years. We love it so much, we decided to make it our own. What made us fall in love with Paradise 1D, is the perfect at-home feeling that we get when we walk into it. We absolutely love this private, small, community that we are in. We are divers, and love the fact that in the morning, we just walk right into the water and onto the dive boat. The sunsets are so beautiful : perfect shades of purple, blue and orange dance across the sky and water every evening.

Although still close to town we are nestled away from all of the crowded cruise ship activities. After a day full of activities, or just relaxing by the pool, relax in this fully air-conditioned condo. We haven't skipped out on any luxuries! Cozumel is a world class diving destination with hundreds of quality dive operators. Annually, it is home to the Cozumel Ironman. The swim portion of the Ironman passes directly in front of the condo! Cozumel has amazing restaurants serving international cuisine, and a unique nightlife with a latin flare. This beautiful island has so much to offer...As our guest, you can enjoy countless activities or just lay back, relax and do nothing at all and enjoy a day in paradise.
